Got the beef that was limited time. I paid $20 for a bowl, of extra for guacamole on top, and a drink. Food ok, but price was a little high for me. Will not order again. The meat was just ok, nothing special

Went there for a quick lunch, the light skin older guy with big eye work there gave as little food as possible. I am talk everything is half inserted gave the full serving, and trying to rush me out even there wasn't busy as that. There's no lines he trying to rush me out and serving as little food as possible.he is lucky I didn't called the company.

I visited this location at 9:30 p.m. and was informed that they were only accepting card payments. When I asked for clarification, Xavier explained that his coworker had already counted the register for the night. Two other customers entered shortly after me and were also told that only card payments and to-go orders were being accepted. One of the customers asked, “Don’t you close at 11 p.m.?” The supervisor responded that they were closing the dining area at 8 p.m. due to the holidays.

It is concerning that the dining area is closing two weeks before Christmas, well ahead of the posted hours. The customer service provided was disappointing. The two customers chose to sit outside in approximately 40-degree weather to eat their meals, while the employees inside appeared to be watching and laughing, which was very unprofessional and inappropriate.

I will be contacting corporate regarding this experience. This location is new, and it is unfortunate to see its reputation potentially affected by employees who do not seem to prioritize customer service.

Very unprofessional; before you mention something is extra, give me what I paid for first! There’s NO reason to put half spoons of food in the bowls, just petty and bitter! Don’t know who left you in charge.?!
They made a big mistake!

The food is decent so far but my issue is with the service. When they first opened, the service was great and then it fell off. The people that work there act like they don’t want to work there and they are not friendly.

For example, I went in one night an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. The Workers seemed very annoyed. Also there was several ingredients unavailable and yet they still charged me full price. If you don’t have the ingredients, then you should not charge me full price ! every time I ask, they claim they can’t make anymore.

When I order chips, they’re always extremely stale or overly salted. It’s not hard to get chips correct they make sure they charge for every little thing but they don’t compensate and takeoff for what they don’t have which They are consistently out of things, especially past 8 o’clock. Mind you they are open till 11. And after preparing my food the lady at the register informs me they are only taking cards. Smh

I also don’t understand why they provide plastic forks, but they’re not individually wrapped. That’s very unsanitary either keep them behind the counter or get some wrapped ones.

Overall, the food is decent if you catch them on a great day, the service is OK if you catch them on a great day, but they definitely have some things they need to fix, especially with the service attitude.

staff extremely uneducated on what an allergy even is! had to ask for gloves to be changed, when i asked for utensils to be changed i was ignored. staff seemed irritated that i didn’t want the toppings from the line, and then continued to use the same utensils from the line. cashier proceeded to charge me for the wrong item and instead of refunding me and redo the transaction she made me pay for 4 side tortillas to make up for it. won’t be back to this location for sure! was hoping the location would bring better customer service.

If I could give it less than one star.I ordered from them because they gave me a reward for thecness up the first time instead of a refund, it was even worse. Talked to the automated system.Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the restaurant.The customer service line would only give me another reward and not a refund for my order.I would avoid this place at all costs.
