I was here for the first time for a business meeting on 2/13/2025. Atmosphere is great. Very nice place. Customer service was great. I had a regular drip coffee. Next time I might try a latte. Will definitely be back.

Great looking place, however service is terrible. Went in at not even a rush time and stood for over 5 minutes without being greeted. There is no direction of traffic for where to stand in line. There were only two workers and one was running around and then her phone timer went off. Then she forgot the person’s order that was ordering so had to start over. It’s still the same chaos it was months ago and the bakery items look stale and are heated up with a microwave. The place needs more staff to be able to serve plated meals and make sure patrons are taken care of. We decided to leave and not continue to wait. The place is way too expensive for that type of service.

I've been coming here for close to 5 months now, and now with new management I'll continue to be here every single week! The new GM has brought in a new beautiful atmosphere, and the extended hours was an amazing idea!

The same great tasting coffee paired with the new food options will solidify this place as a staple in the Germantown area!

I just had the most amazing Caesar salad wrap! The service is great, love the vibe and I heard the new management brought more food options to the menu elevating an already great coffee spot!!!

This is one of the cutest coffee shops I’ve been in! The coffee is hand crafted by the fancy machines, the food is now cooked fresh when ordered, and the girls are so sweet and helpful! I also love that you can rent out the conference room for meetings. Love this little community spot!

Congregation is one of the best local spots to go. The atmosphere is very modern, cozy, and most importantly clean. The food is amazing and the customer service is top tier. They are always smiling and very friendly to the customers. I always try to go there on the weekends with my friends and family.

I enjoy the coffee but have always had rude experiences here. However I heard there was new management so I thought I would give them another try. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. At first the service was normal, nothing special but that’s fine to me. I don’t need nor want extra just decent people and good coffee. I noticed as a drink was being made (that looked like mine) that it was made with whole milk instead of oatmilk but I waited to be sure it was mine to say something. When I did the lady who made my drink rudely asked me if I ordered oatmilk or if I just assumed it came with it. When I said I did order it she said it wasn’t on her ticket again acting like that was my issue and not that the person rung it up wrong. Eventually another worker said she did hear me ask for oat milk. Then when she remade my drink and brought it back she was rude and snatched my number card off the table. And like anyone else would assume i thought she figured the coffee was the end of order and forgot the food I also ordered. I started to tell her I was still waiting on food and she interrupted me to say she knew but never once was going to let me know that as she took my number away. After several weird and bad experiences I hate to say it but I’m done with this place and hoped new management would fix that but apparently not.

We love getting coffee here, but we will probably come even more now since they’ve added more food! I do wish they had more tables for smaller groups. There are a lot of large tables for large groups / communal tables taking up most of the table real estate.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The website says that they are currently open. I was supposed to meet a friend for coffee so I went to go check out the shop and the menu a day ahead of time because I was going to bring my son and I wanted to get a feel for what I wanted to get ahead of time, but when I pulled up to the shop, there was a sign on the door that said “Closed for maintenance until further notice.” The website says that they are open, but when you call no one is there to take your phone calls and you can’t even leave a message. I also was given some great reviews from a friend, but unfortunately, and not going to go back because even though this is a relatively new business, I’m not sure how dependable it can be because the website is not even reflecting hours and you can’t even reach anyone by phone. No one was even responsible enough to even let me know when they would be open in the future. This does not look promising for new Germantown businesses. Also, don’t blame it on Google. If your employees or yourself had the wherewithal to write that you were closed for maintenance, you could at least write when you could be back open for business.

I had brought my family for some coffee but I changed my mind and didn’t get anything and left.

This is beyond ridiculous bc I work in a food industry myself and deal with literally over 1000 people a day but you’ll never see a single fly at my work place.
