Service was good and so was the coffee. Inside was loud and sound echoed off the walls. It made it difficult to hear the person next to me.

I enjoyed congregation coffee . Beware the cold brew is extremely strong! It was good but It tastes more like concentrate. I had only a few sips and got jittery. I am usually not sensitive to caffeine
Great coffee, smooth and flavorful. The place is clean and cozy.

I was thrilled when they opened, because Germantown has a paucity of shops that serve quality coffee. The coffee is generally brewed well, and they typically have a decent selection of treats to enjoy with my coffee.
However, we have noticed a persistent decline in the quality of service. More times than not, the staff are overly rude and seemingly irritated with patrons’ orders. When they get orders wrong, they seem to always blame it on the customer rather than their own process, and then they take it out on the customer. I have been subject to this behavior, and witnessed it among others as I sat nearby. I’ve been treated more kindly at the DMV before.
All food is removed from cabinets a hour and a half before closing time, and cleanup begins early. If you come in anywhere close to this time (I’m not talking about 15 min before closing), they will ignore you at the counter until they have to address you. It is very obvious that the workers want to close up WAY before the actual closing time, and you will not stand in their way.
Lastly, proper attire for staff would be appreciated, as during the warmer months, staff were seen scratching exposed areas of their body while serving food and drink. This was a one off (or two) event, but hard to forget.
Overall, this coffee shop started out wonderfully, and continues to serve excellent coffee. However, there definitely needs to be focus on customer service and general attitude of the workers. I want this place to do well, but until this aspect is addressed (I’m not the only one who has noticed), I’d rather drive a little further to Jojo’s where I have never experienced anything other than kindness and a helpful demeanor.

Don’t recommend. The Christmas event held today; she assumed I tried to not get tickets and attend free because of my skin. She didn’t ask no one else for their tickets after us. Edit to add* they did not offer us to stay or we would have stayed for Santa instead of cookies and Santa. I even asked her how much to stay, because money never been a problem. On their Facebook event the “link” did not work and the event did not say it costs in the description. Complimentary was mentioned but no cost and link didn’t work. Also, our family WAS NOT the first to arrive. It was already about 20 people in there. The comment in response is BS. I literally watched people go in after us once we stepped outside and they did not approach them. That comment just irritated because the LYING. Why would I leave there with my happy small kids; disappointing them and leaving a bad review, if I was offered to stay? That doesn’t even make sense! Prejudice as heck.
Such a great coffee shop! The staff is super friendly and they have the best pastires! Oh the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. Great place to catch up with a freind, study, or get work done. The cinnamon rolls are to die for!

I’ve been to Congregation several times and it never disappoints. I’ve tried their seasonal coffees in both summer and fall, and all of them were unique and delicious—my favorite was the Summer Fizz and Flora. The breakfast options are simple but great; their avocado toast is one of my favorites. It’s definitely a coffee shop I love coming back to.

Beautiful spot, great concept and very comfortable for a casual cup of coffee or a business/ client meeting.
Coffee was underwhelming; had a cappuccino and it was beautiful but it’s hard to describe the flavor. The coffee did not come through very well. I will give it another shot and adjust my review accordingly.
Very happy to have this space so close to home and work.

I don’t drink coffee but my friends really like the brown butter shaken espresso
I went there to study and I purchased a butter pecan brownie and a coffee. I studied upstairs and the environment was cool. Typical coffee shop with a flair per say. However, that restroom toilet had an awful ring and had me questioning when was the last time it was cleaned. Aside from that, it's a chill spot to study.
