Cookie Plug

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but if you watch the video the cookies were literally rocks. I beat the table with it and it still didn't break. I could not bite the cookie. Once I broke it in half the flavor was good but I've never had to suck vs chew a cookie. For $5 per cookie I do not recommend this poor quality.

went for grand opening and tasted delicious.. i totally regret buying hard cookies that have a taste of air freshner or cleaning supplies. Would not recommend

Cookies are terrible!!! I got three different ones and they all taste pretty much the same just like some extra butter cookies. Also they are undercooked.

Atmosphere and decor of the store was trendy. The cookies were okay, they seemed a little dry and hard. Was not the best cookie but the taste was there. I visited at the end of the day, maybe why the cookies tasted mediocre

Didn’t like the texture of the cookies & a couple of the edges were burnt!

Strawberry cheesecake tasted like a regular factory made sugar cookie no strawberry flavor at all or cheesecake...over priced rip off

Got 4 different varieties of the big cookies, they did not taste fresh, a couple were very dried out and had a noticeable fragranced cleaner smell/taste - like the cookie had come in contact with fabuloso or something. Left an unpleasant aftertaste. Do not recommend.

I wanted to love these. I bought 2 choc chips 1 PB. Delivered warm with a crispy outside and gooey center. Against my better judgement I ate 1 entire choc chip but it was too sweet and had a tad bit too much flour. I put the other cookies in the trash :(. I gave 3 stars hoping it was just a bad batch. I would try again in the future hoping recipes have been balanced.

I was shocked at how big the cookies are. I got the 7 for $25. They were hot and gooey. Very good cookies. I will be back soon.

I honestly wasn’t very impressed. Initially the cookies look exciting & the boxing is cool. However they’re overpriced cookies that are underbaked inside & some over baked on the outside, and has excess butter content. The flavors weren’t even that great. They weren’t addictive. I didn’t really care to reach back into my box for another but for any.

The employee barely knew anything about the business he was working for and could barely answer any basic questions I had about the cookies, services, or anything else. The room it was in was soo small. The esthetic was a little overwhelm in color. There’s no draw to even stay because of how tiny the space is with no seating or music.

I will never be returning. Skip this one guys. I don’t really care for Crumbl, but I would choose it over this.
