They where rude, our drink arent filled up even, and they yelled at us cus we used the word frap instead of saying frozen coffee and that this isnt mcdonalds, we order a mocha frap they gave us one and than we had to order another and they yelled saying they dont sell frap only frozen coffee, if you looked up the defintion of a frap its a frozen drink get common sense

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the manager JASMAINE JEANS she is horrible, has a disgusting attitude, and poorly runs the business, she doesn’t know how to talk or treat her customers nor employees.

Germantown location: Very neutral approach. Had to request heating twice and ask for a knife.Two workers wore baseball caps. One worker wore no hat or gloves, scratched her bare head and then picked up a lid for drink. The young man preparing food did wear gloves but had nothing protecting his hair.A customer had donuts placed in a bag with no gloves by a worker wearing a baseball cap.

Worst Dunkin ‘! I have been three times and EVERY time they are not prepared and are out of most donuts. This is during prime business hours also. They do not know the difference in Boston Crème and the white icing cream either. DO Not give them your business. They wanted to argue also between the two and had no clue. This is an embarrassment for the food service and especially our n a prime business area. I would expect this at a gas station! Close or fix your business!

Never had a bad experience here! Today was the best experience! I accidentally knocked over my hot chocolate and one of the employees acted so fast with helping clean it up and replaced my hot chocolate! She was the absolute sweetest! I wish I got her name!
