Staff doesn’t know how to make the drinks and even when they do they put no effort in making it actually taste good. Used to be my go to Dunkin but now I’d rather go to any other location.

What in the world happened to this place. A few months ago it was literally perfect. Now the drinks aren’t even made correctly. I ordered a latte and got straight up milk. I went back for them to fix it and it was still made the exact same. This place went down after new people were hired.

I went through the drive through today for a small iced coffee with one cream, and one sugar. I was handed a cup full of cream. The employee said “I promise this is how it’s supposed to look like, just try it.” This is the 3rd time my order has been severely messed up.

They where rude, our drink arent filled up even, and they yelled at us cus we used the word frap instead of saying frozen coffee and that this isnt mcdonalds, we order a mocha frap they gave us one and than we had to order another and they yelled saying they dont sell frap only frozen coffee, if you looked up the defintion of a frap its a frozen drink get common sense
VERY RUDE I went and got the Sabrina carpenter drink and the guy who took our order was super sweet! BUT the lady at the window was so rude, she purposely left the window open and was making passive aggressive remarks about our order.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the manager JASMAINE JEANS she is horrible, has a disgusting attitude, and poorly runs the business, she doesn’t know how to talk or treat her customers nor employees.

I put in a pre-order for a bunch of Munchkins for my son’s birthday party and the service was excellent! My order was ready at my scheduled pick up time and pick up was smooth and easy. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.
