I just called at 7:30 this morning with a simple question. "Are you open today?" (Easter holiday) and the employee very rudely responded, "Uhhh... yeah?" As If I'm crazy for asking. I asked, "Okay... do you close at normal hours?" And he responded "Uhhhhhhh huhhhhhhh."Look, I get you probably don't celebrate Easter. You made that clear with your tone, but there's no need to be incredibly rude like that.

New management is subpar to say the least. The previous managers before these current ladies, were so kind & provided fast service. The two new ladies that just started do not greet anyone, let alone smile. It’s so apparent they don’t want to be there so I’m confused why they chose to work in food service. The employees, however, are very sweet & try their best. It just sucks they have to be under such poor management. One of the new managers gave me whipped cream instead of cold foam this morning. Whipped cream is free, cold foam is not. Luckily my drink was free because I used my points on the mobile app so I didn’t make a deal about it this time. But she knew exactly what she was doing! I always order the same beverage everyday, the other manager told her yesterday “you have to make her drink perfect, I forgot to tell you that.” I didn’t know making a drink correctly equals perfection. ? very lazy on their part.

The only negative thing about this store is that they won’t give you a refill on iced tea, not even if you bought food and beverages for your family of four… they told me to buy another large iced tea if I wanted, but no refills. They lost a customer that day…
My wife and me love this Dunkin it's our favorite location in the area. Our drinks are made just right. Ms Jerri is the best. She always makes us feel welcomed. Been coming here for years.

Stopped at this Dunkin after leaving my doctors. All I wanted was a decaf black tea made with half-and-half, not milk. Service person said they couldn’t make it. That way it would break their machine. What the heck, half-and-half just get steamed I’d hate to see what she was doing that a steamer we could broken using a half and half.

I went in for two refreshers and they didn’t have any sweetener in them. No liquid sugar at all! I go to Dunkin about 3 times a week but never been to this location as it is out of the way from my house. I was just passing by it and decided to stop. I called the store to speak to someone in hopes of getting the drinks replaced. No one answered the phone. I called over 10 times that day. I called customer service on the following Monday and they put in a ticket for the store manager to call me. They never called. I called customer service back in 48 hrs to follow up. They said all they can do is put in a request for the store manager to call me because the store is a franchise. They said they can only help me if I placed the order from the app. Which I always do but didn’t this time. Two weeks later and the manager still hasn’t called me. I even called the store today before posting this review. No answer. I will never ever order inside the store again because customer service can’t help much with those orders.. I also will never come to this store again since they don’t answer phones. . I didn’t even want my money back, I just wanted my drinks remade correctly.
