I came in at 11.18 am and ordered and was told that they were doing to go orders first. If they told me that before I ordered I would have left. I got my order at 11.45

Ordered online and arrived on time. It took them 15 extra minutes to complete my order. While I was waiting, other customers were upset and asking for refunds. When I got home to eat my food, my steak and cheese was not cooked all the way through. I’m heating it in the air fryer as we speak. Also, the place wasn’t crowded at all so I didn’t understand the delays for the food…

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch from this location and have ALWAYS came to this place and loved it. Although this time my bacon was not completely done, so I went to take it off and this roach was crusted underneath the bacon with the sauce on my bread. Thank GOD my bacon wasn’t cooked or I would have ate this. 🤮

Fries are a good addition to the menu and are good. The sub I had didn’t have much meat - less than half what they picture. There are Several other sub places in the area where you get your money’s worth.

My sandwich was awful soggy sloppy and mushy I had the beef brisket in my macaroni salad on the side was ice cold there was food all over every table and on the floor this place is disgusting the place was so disheartening I looked at my receipt and it was $35 not worth it not a place to go

Ordered online get there they didn’t have 3 oatmeal cookies so I said can you just refund for the 2 you don’t have her:uhhhhhhhh??? She said well I found another oatmeal cookie! Me: ok just refund for the other I guess but my fiancé said to just get anything but chocolate cookie since she was acting like she had to guess on refunding it doesn’t stop there manager: sorry we have to refund you for the meatball sandwich since meatballs are frozen and not cooking right 🥶 😡 like what on earth no oatmeal cookies no meatball sandwich doesn’t stop there 🤦‍♀️get to the car no fries and I ordered fries no apology nothing girl: yall forgot his fries! Get to the car no fresh fries just fries they are good though 😓 but still no apology nothing please do better ordered this at night my order was pick up for 8:25pm not a good experience at all need better management

This review started off as a 1 start rating. I ordered a salad last night (11/20/24) via the app for pick up. Once I arrived home, excited to eat my salad only to find brown, yes brown lettuce mixed in. Needless to say I didn't eat it. So today, I went back to the location where I got my salad and received the BEST customer service experience from Amber. Amber didn't question me, see looked at the receipt, offered several apologies then asked if she could make me a new fresh salad. Of course I said yes, then Amber hands me a cup for a drink, I informed Amber that I didn't purchase a drink with my order, Amber then says it's the least I can do for you having to come back. Then Amber went a step further and refunded me.. Keep in mind that I wasn't looking for anything free, I just wanted what I paid for to be correct. This is how customer's complaints/issues should be handled, professional and stress free. Thank You Amber and Firehouse Subs

I have a catering order from them every 3- 4 weeks. Called it in as usual for an 5:30 pick up for an 6pm event and the manager forgot to tell the new manager. Spoke to another manager and they blame on miscommunication. I was an hour late to the event and all they wanted to offer me was a free cookie. Spoke to the owner and said just because they made a massive mistake, they could not give me the $60 box for free after they messed up. Terrible way to run a business! Not house you treat customers, just lost my business.

I’m so annoyed. Neither on the door dash, nor Uber eats app does it allow you to add additional vegetables to your sandwich such as banana peppers, pickles, etc. So I tried calling the store 4 times after I placed my order to add them via phone call, they didn’t answer. Then I asked my dasher if he could ask them, they said it’s an additional charge. First and foremost, I don’t care if it’s an additional charge (it never has been in the past but whatever), money is not an issue, I just want the toppings regardless of it’s an extra charge or not. Please make all of your toppings available on the apps if you’re going to have your stores on them. I order from here every other week and I am never ordering from here again.
