I understand that the Gigi's on Union Avenue closed but I just drove all the way out, a 30 minute drive, to the Germantown location and there is no sign saying it closed but the shop is closed. It's Thursday, Jan 3rd 4pm - even though the sign on the door says business hours are from 10 AM until 7 PM during the week. No sign up saying closed for the holidays, no message on the phone number either, nothing. I just called the third location listed on your map, in Cordova, and no one is answering there either. Have all the stores in Memphis permanently closed? If so, please update your website as well as the message on your phone line. Very disappointing.

These are the husbands favorite. He loves the wedding cake cupcake . Whenever I am in the area I will stop and grab one for him. The cupcakes are great but a bit too much icing for me. That is the part that he loves the most. â€â€ everyone has different tastes. It always smells heavenly in the store. I recommend. Get you some!!!

Great cupcakes! Presentation of the cupcakes and quality/consistency are amazing! No discounts for bulk ordering unless you want 5 or more dozen. Great customer service, but the cupcakes should be discounted if you are buying a dozen. Hence the 4 stars with the pricing considered.

Gigi's used to have Muddy's beat in my book but the last 2 times at Gigi's has only been mediocre (at best). I know some hate the overwhelming amount of icing but I usually love it! However, the flavor has not been right the last couple of times. And today, the cake part of the cupcake was way over cooked, super dry and had very little flavor. Sorry but for $3+ a cupcake, I expect WAY more! Going back to Muddy's for my next event or splurge.

The staff at gigi's are as sweet as their cupcakes. The treats are so beautiful from a visual perspective, you actually need to think twice before eating them.

I love this location there so warm and welcoming to everyone it enters and they just make you want to buy cupcake all the cupcakes that are featured always fresh and available at whatever flashing light of course if you wait later in the day then some of the fan favorite cupcakes tend to run out otherwise your sweet tooth desires are here
