I wasn't greeted by the worker upon entry nor spoken to when I was clearly looking at the cookies. I also noticed a gnat in the cookie display case flying around and both some things, made me not buy anything here.

Jade was super helpful in preparing a double doozie cookie cake. Great customer service.
Ordered a cookie cake which is advertised as being ready in 15minutes but took a hr and half. After waiting a hr and a half my order was wrong. I ask the young lady to read back my order and she saw that she made a mistake she told me I would have to wait another hr and a half to correct it. The service here was very poor needs new staff that actually pays attention to what they are doing instead of being on their phone. I will not be spending my money at this location again.

First, the young lady who waited on me, Grace, was very sweet, professional and polite. Ally (spelling) on the other hand, skipped over me as I waited in line behind the young lady in front of me. I would hate to think it was racial, however, Ally would not even look at me. She jumped as the new customer walked in and ran to the counter with a lot of excitement. I didn’t appreciate her actions. Any way, I’m not sure how long the cookies stay in the display, the snickerdoodle is very stale and has a bad taste. The pecan supreme, one of my favorites tasted great so I’m able to continue my own day in peace with a smile.

Ordered a cookie cake from this location for a graduation celebration at my child’s school & was very happy with the customer service I received & the overall decoration of the cookie cake. The employee taking my very specific order was very helpful & ensured me a designer with experience would decorate my order, as it was being used at a school event & I wanted to know it would look great. It was ready when I was told it would be & got rave reviews for design & taste at the event!I also have ordered individual cookies from here multiple times for PTO to give as teacher treats at my child’s school & everyone has said they were fresh & absolutely delicious!
