I wasn't greeted by the worker upon entry nor spoken to when I was clearly looking at the cookies. I also noticed a gnat in the cookie display case flying around and both some things, made me not buy anything here.

Ordered birthday cookie cake and it was just barely cooked. How hard can it be?
Requested Happy Sweet 16, got Happy 16th birthday??? $45 and not what I specifically requested. The girl was like “oh well, not what you ordered but ok” Next time I won’t prepay before I get the “custom order”

Ordered a cookie cake which is advertised as being ready in 15minutes but took a hr and half. After waiting a hr and a half my order was wrong. I ask the young lady to read back my order and she saw that she made a mistake she told me I would have to wait another hr and a half to correct it. The service here was very poor needs new staff that actually pays attention to what they are doing instead of being on their phone. I will not be spending my money at this location again.

First, the young lady who waited on me, Grace, was very sweet, professional and polite. Ally (spelling) on the other hand, skipped over me as I waited in line behind the young lady in front of me. I would hate to think it was racial, however, Ally would not even look at me. She jumped as the new customer walked in and ran to the counter with a lot of excitement. I didn’t appreciate her actions. Any way, I’m not sure how long the cookies stay in the display, the snickerdoodle is very stale and has a bad taste. The pecan supreme, one of my favorites tasted great so I’m able to continue my own day in peace with a smile.
