A friend of mine took me here for my birthday recently and as an Asian American I enjoyed the authenticity of the place/food. I love that they have hung customer’s ema up giving the place good vibes. The food was not only delicious, but plated beautifully. The owner and staff were very friendly. I’d highly recommend the experience.

Incredible Experience! We visited for a birthday celebration, and the private booths were perfect for our party. The food and the vibes were both on point. We met the owner Xing, and his warmth and kindness made the experience extra special.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing ramen 5 STARS!

My family and I visited on 01/14/25 for the first time. & this was the best first time visit at any restaurant we have ever had. The food was so delicious. The staff were the friendliest people and so informative to any questions we had. But I think our favorite part was the owner came out and introduced himself and was the nicest guy! It was my husband’s birthday and gave him a a dessert. 10/10 recommend.

An amazing experience at Kyuramen!! Absolutely gourmet food and excellent service. The owner is the most genuine and kind soul, will definitely be returning.

Disappointed with the food for the amount of hype this place had. The ramen was watery with barely any flavor. I got the spicy and didn’t taste any spice, same with a friend of mine who came with me. The popcorn chicken was average. The service here was… interesting? Not sure why but the day I came here the servers I had were kind of sassy and rude to me. Maybe they were tired from a long day but still… don’t make it THAT obvious. Atmosphere wise I liked the decor. Overall, I’m not coming back.

I'm happy to find another place besides Robota that serves omurice. For the price, we will definitely return for special occasions and hope this place stays in business for a long time.The Ramen was really good and I loved my Thai iced tea.You won't be disappointed.

Now i must say the food here is very good! However customer service is trash i’ve came two times and both times i’ve experienced the exact same unorganized customer service. My first time coming here me and my friend were unaware that we needed reservations.We walked into a crowd of people who were also waiting the host said not a word or even tried assisting us. MIND YOU the crowd was waiting as well just for them to find out at the same time as us that we have to use the kiosk to reserve ourselves!! Also was a 2 hour wait so to kill time we went looking around in the plaza. We received that our table was ready and it was immediately cancelled we went in there for or table and still had to wait extra!!!! the host needs more training on simply hospitality and greetings!

Their purple fries were great! Ramen wasn't that impressive compared to some other places in Memphis. The seating and ambiance are pretty new to Memphis, and it's kinda bringing hype. Can give it a try!

The customer service was so good with someone popping in to our booth behind the curtain every few minutes to ask if we had any need. I especially loved the steam pork bao buns and the deep fried gyoza dumplings! Highly recommend!
