My daughter and I walked in and no one greeted us. There was a man standing there decorating a cookie and I counted 2 other people in the back. We stood there, looked at the ice cream and no one assisted us. We went to walk out and still no one cracked their lips to say anything. Such a shame because I use to really enjoy the ice cream. I won’t be back! Seems like the other reviews are true maybe it is a race thing!

every time i come i am unfortunately disappointed. previously, workers would play in their hair and nose with gloves on. i decided to give it another shot today. when i went in and was not greeted by an associate. someone stepped to the back as i was walking in but another associate was facing the door decorating a cake. as i stood there no one acknowledged me or took my order. very disappointing.

The ice cream here is incredibly fresh and the ability to hammer it with mix ins should be against the law! It was delicious.
I had the peanut butter ice cream with chocolate morsels and m&m mixed in. Unbelievable. So good.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. You go to a marble slab and order toppings, planning on having them mixed in, not just dumped on top like Baskin Robins. The brownie was not bad but not fresh. The waffle bowls were stale.

My First time here and I know what Creamery Ice cream should look, the Young lady was nice but not helpful at all, I Ordered Butterpecan with a couple toppings it was Soft and Very Soupy in a cup , I couldn't have imagined it on a Cone . I was Disappointed will not go there again?

The staff is extremely slow. Girl working the front moves and looks like she doesn't want to be here. Doesn't make for a welcoming environment. Tables were also extremely dirty and there were fruit flies flying around my head. Nasty! On a doordash run and I was ignored by the girl in the front. My order was prepared last and it was left open. Doordash is supposed to be sealed. Horrible experience. I will never give this place business of my own.

The ice cream is good, but it’s pricey. 1 scoop in a cup is almost $5. Of course, this is the high rent district. The service is good, and the place is clean. The parking lot is crazy.
