I wanted to use my rewards all employees including the manager said they didn't know how to use great American cookie rewards they didn't acknowledge us when we came in and they didn't want to take my order either the other customers seem satisfied but I guess because I wasn't Caucasian they didn't want to give me service kind of sad didn't expect to experience that just to order some cookies I guess they don't like mixed or black people.

Unfortunately, much like the other one star reviews this store has my wife and I experience was much like it. Walked in, no one spoke. Staff was unfriendly. Ice cream soupy. Definitely will be our last time visiting.

My First time here and I know what Creamery Ice cream should look, the Young lady was nice but not helpful at all, I Ordered Butterpecan with a couple toppings it was Soft and Very Soupy in a cup , I couldn't have imagined it on a Cone . I was Disappointed will not go there again?

The staff is extremely slow. Girl working the front moves and looks like she doesn't want to be here. Doesn't make for a welcoming environment. Tables were also extremely dirty and there were fruit flies flying around my head. Nasty! On a doordash run and I was ignored by the girl in the front. My order was prepared last and it was left open. Doordash is supposed to be sealed. Horrible experience. I will never give this place business of my own.

This trip was very sad . Went in to get ice cream because the web site says they have 59 Gluten free options. But upon arrival I was told that all of their ice cream had gluten in it. Thankfully my daughter was still able to get hers but it wasn't the outing I had hoped or expected. Please update the web site.

If I could give this location 0 stars I definitely would. I visited this location on Saturday August 29th in the afternoon. The worker “servicing” me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stood behind the counter trying to avoid making eye contact, never asking if I needed help. When she finally did decide to help ( only because her other coworkers were preoccupied) she handed me my cup of ice cream that was overflowing with strawberries toppings and melted ice cream. I asked for a lid and napkins because the ice cream was visibly overflowing . Once she put the lid on (which made the outside of the cup even messier) she handed it to me again without bothering to clean up the mess she made around the cup saying “the napkins are at the end of the counter”. Common sense and basic human decency would prompt you to clean off the cup before handing it to a paying customer. This location definitely needs to rethink their customer service training and who they decide to hire.

The opening time for this store is 11 am, however, when we walked in at 11:15 am, we were told that the store has a big order and running late. We were hurriedly given our ice-cream and asked to sit on the benches outside (in the heat) instead of the store.The person working the counter was super rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.
A good collection of ice creams. I tried the brownie sundae which was 6/10.

If you order a cake my advice is to call to order it. I ordered online over a week in advance and I called the day of and they said they didn't show a record of the order but they would try to make it. They called me 2 hours before my pickup time to say the ice cream wouldn't set and I could just get one out of the freezer. I normally wouldn't mind but the person we were celebrating requested a specific cake. It was just very poor customer service, very young people working there. I tried not to get too upset but it was too late to order another cake from anywhere else.

The ice cream is good, but it’s pricey. 1 scoop in a cup is almost $5. Of course, this is the high rent district. The service is good, and the place is clean. The parking lot is crazy.

The employees should be wearing hair nets. I walked in and a young lady walks up to the Counter and ask can she take my order. I told her no! I need someone that hasn't been playing with their hair to fix my order. She says with a nasty attitude WELL I CAN WASH MY HANDS. I come here all the time but will not get anything else from here until they are wearing hair nets. No one wants hair as a garnishment
