Great place! I love a good Reuben sandwich and got it twice in the same week. Piled high with corned beef, it's one of the best that I didn't make myself! Clean and efficiently run with friendly employees. My two visits this week were my first McAllister's visits and I will definitely return the next time I am in Memphis! And I'll start looking for them in other cities too.

The staff is so friendly. The food was good too. The manager is kind and professional. The restaurant was clean along with the bathrooms. I will definitely go back to the Germantown McAlister’s Deli.
Thanks to Ms. Webb. My experience at McAllister s is always a pleasant one. She makes sure to not ignore me just because I'm doing deliveries but shows me the same attention as the customers that are placing there order. She is always smiling and has a warm spirit. We need more Ms. Webbs at all McAllister s

Absolutely disappointed in how tonight's employees and managers acted while I was waiting for my food. Manager on duty Sharon was yelling at an employee from across the restaurant that had not clocked in yet and was sitting waiting for food he never got over dishes, threatening that she was coming for him. She approached him and aggressively and loudly talked down on him, how these dishes weren't washed. We've had several problems with her before, she's extremely rude. The other employees were pointing, laughing and making a big show out of this employee being yelled. This young man has been one of the best employees we have had the pleasure of doing business with. He's always polite, respectful, and eager to help every customer. I applaud this employee for handling this situation in a calm manner and I feel bad he decided to leave instead of being yelled at and made to look like a fool. Shame on everyone of shift today around 1:30pm.

My food was cold & gross which is surprising to me because I use to love this restaurant. I'm still wondering why there where two toothpicks INSIDE of my sandwich. I understand them being used to hold the sandwich together..but INSIDE laid on top of my meat & cheese is diabolical. 40.00 thrown out of the window.

I got the spicy southwest chicken and the jalapeno turkey crunch. Both were really good, would recommend.
The side of broccoli isn't anything special, but it gets the job done, would probably recommend other sides.
Wait time is a little bit long for the quality of the food; but if the food is good, I can't complain!
