I came here today and when I tell you the girl with the glasses and red braids had the worst attitude in the world, while being on the phone. She charged me 50 dollars and act as if she don’t care about. The manger help me out but this is the worst one ever. I’ll be sure to encourage Methodist to not spend money here. I lost my grandma a day ago and coming here and experiencing the rudeness is not right. I’m so mad. I will take further actions.

Staff was amazing..Food was amazing.. clean friendly environment.we were visiting from Arkansas and was our first time eating there. Ruben was delicious.. great portion sizes and we were checked on often to see if we needed anything. Excellent experience.. the music was kind of loud at first going in, but as it started to fill up ,it got lower.. other than that we will definitely be going back.

As years have passed, I have had horrible experiences at many McAllister’s. No one cared, and it would take 30 minutes to make a meal, so I just stopped going. One day a few months ago I was close by, so I figured I’d give this location a chance. It is by far THE BEST I’ve ever been to. Every single thing about this place was top notch. All the staff (shout out to Kayla, Porshe, and Lynette) were so sweet, uplifting, and you could tell they cared about everyone. The atmosphere was just refreshing. Food proportions and quality were satisfactory. Whomever is in charge of this facility is doing a wonderful job. This is the only McAllister’s I will go to.

SHOUT OUT TO MCALISTER'S IN GERMANTOWN ?????????????? A sweet customer came in our Kroger store and through my check out line, whom I've never met before. She Blessed me and thanked me for my Amazing customer service which added so much Happy to my already Great day. I decided to stop by MCALISTER'S on my way home after work. Oh boy, was I in for a Great treat. I decided to get their Ultimate Nachos that was soooooo good for my tummy was happy, happy, happy ? I was sad the cashier name was not on my receipt to give her a shout out, but the sweet young girl who took my order at the register at 3:33 pm, was so sweet and friendly. They seem to have had a really great team working together and getting orders out. Thanks so much for helping my Friday to be a Great one

McAlister's Germantown TN is a nice clean restaurant. All the employees are friendly. The food is always fresh and good. People who want to complain about their food and eat half of it and then ask for a refund; are the ones who are taking advantage and costing restaurants to close their doors. If you want free food go to a food pantry. Restaurants have bills to pay NOT TO GIVE AWAY FOOD!!I have been a guest at McAlister's for years and this Germantown TN. location is the BEST!!!!Vegetarian options: The veggie chili is good

McAlister's is known for their loaded spuds and sweet tea (yes, we got both), but customer service is generally hit and miss. NOT THE CASE at this location. From the helpful person at the register to the kind soul who cleared our table, their joy for customer service and their company shined through. I was incredibly impressed and they a genuinely added to our experience with their positive attitudes! I had the spud max and turkey crunch sandwich--both very good. We had no wait at the counter and only a short wait for our food to arrive (order at the counter and seat yourself here!) ambiance is basic--though they were well decorated for Christmas, which we appreciated! Pro Tip: Order on the app if there is a line (there wasn't yesterday) OR snag a table, scan the QR code and order straight from your seat!

The wait took forever for take out, and not only did they serve more than 4 people that ordered after me, but I also ended up getting a refund because they forgot my order amd never even started on it. The wait was more than 15 minutes! And the people that got served before that was taking out also waited more than 15 minutes. The atmosphere was just off as well. And as a black woman I noticed some of the white customers were racist.
