I ordered a big Mac and the bread was stale so I went back through the drive thru and explained the problem they told me to pull to the last window and I sat there for 10 minutes waiting and it never came

Went by for a quick lunch before an appointment. Had to pull up and waited 10 or more minutes. Had to go in and they had lost the order. Remade it but I didn't have time to eat it before appointment. Cold by then.

I go to this McDonald's at least once a month and this was the dirtiest it has ever been. Service was slow too.

Would have given 4stars but one morning I had thee worse experience ever from the manager that made me super late for work & even though she did apologize after I returned because my mobile order STILL wasn't ready. I didn't like the fact that I had to come inside the store to collect my breakfast and was totally ignored my management!

This McDonald’s is sketchy after purchasing something from here 5 minutes later, my card was used for online shopping for designer clothes.
I think they have someone stealing information or taking pictures of customer card information.
