Mikes Hot Wings & Such Germantown

The 3 stars is only for the burger. 1st time ordering from Mikes. I liked the look of the restaurant, the guy in the phone and the lady at the register were both super nice. The burger was not really good. I did not mind the price and the tip I left but was hoping for a nice burger. No lettuce was a surprise for me too. I’ll try wings next time as they are famous for those.

This place is a hidden gem!! Best wings I’ve ever had in Memphis. I’m very picky about my wings, and these did not disappoint. If you haven’t given this place a try, you’re missing out! My party wing combo came out super hot and fresh! I ordered the honey hot.

Food was hot and good, cashier was very patient while we made up our mind on what we wanted to order. I wanted to try the catfish, wings, and pizza. We oder the combo with catfish and wings and a personal pizza. Catfish and wings were really good. Pizza, I didn't really like. The owner came out and spoke to my husband and asked how we enjoy the food. My husband ordered another 20 pc wings to go. Definitely will be coming back.

My Husband and I are regular customers of Mike’s Hot Wings on Wolf River Blvd., and everything from the food, service, staff, facility, and the owner are all great. Our food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I’ll recommend Mike’s Hot Wings to anyone that would like to try out a nice Hot Wing spot with good food and great service. After just dealing with my family an i seeing our mom pass in a nursing home my wife and I just wanted to get food and go home. Mike's wings are amazing! Yeah prices are up but that's everywhere, we didn't care, I asked not to fry the wings to hard an he came through, if I gotta go outta my way this will be my go to wings stop, gotta let my family know also! This place was very clean and kept up. Service was good and the wind were FRESH and hot! I got 10 party wings, no side and water to drink, and spent 18.00. I feel like that's a little too expensive, but the food was great. Would I go back, yes.

We placed an over the phone with a menu we saw online for $22, we ordered 10 wings & fries. Total $35.98. Bring that there's multiple menus, total should have been given over the phone. Wings were huge and not cooked well, needed about 6 more minutes.
The dry season for the wings are awesome. I will return for that and cook my own.

Food here is VERY high , good but too high. Yes I know the cost of living went up but to charge an extra 15 bucks for a 2 piece fish plate which made my total cost of 29.50 is INSANE!!!! , every time I come here my price be different, I just took my money elsewhere.

Very nice owners. We went because of the news segment mentioning that the surrounding construction was holding back business. In all due respect, I think what is holding back business is the price point of their food. For a family of four, I spent $90. There are a number of places I can take my family for less than what I spend there. The honey gold whole wings were tasty, but the lemon pepper wings were overly salty and seasoned to the point they couldn’t be eaten. I understand that times are tough and prices are high, but there has got to be a more economical way for families to enjoy this place without breaking the bank. I would love to give them another shot, but it will be take me a while to return. I’ll know the price point to expect next time!
