Nice casual restaurant, not upscale. Family diner feel to me with small to medium dining room. Bar area was crowded. Nice basic menu with steaks and seafood being the specialty. Good salad and warm rolls. This is the 2nd time we ate here and the food and service was very good both times.

My first experience at Mr. B’s was 10/26/19. Oh my Loved it. Yes it’s a lil pricey for decor and ambience. Five star prices. Five star food. It was excellent. The decor and ambiance didn’t match the food or the price. However the food every single thing was really really good. I had the crab claws. Oh my goodness the best I’ve ever had. The were better the one at Papadeaux’s The shrimp oh my. They were amazing.

The service was extremely slow, that said, the chopped steak was the best I've ever had. Served with mashed potatoes and turnip greens that were excellent. Worth the wait.

Took friends there from Nashville. Lousy filet, bad inattentive service along with poor beginning salad. When we first walked during the dinner hour in the place was almost empty, we should have spun around and left but we just weren’t that smart. We won’t go back.

So very disappointed! What used to be a great, intimate & quaint dining experience is now just downright bad. Starting off with an unsupervised brand new server. A salad served in a PLASTIC bowl! Paper napkin wrapped utensils. Tacky!! One entree out of 4 screwed up not only once, but twice. Presentation was that of a fast food restaurant. Lukewarm vegetables. If this is the best they can do, they’ll be another restaurant closed soon.

The manager of this restaurant needs to be more professional to customers who call in with a complaint. When I tried to explain my reason for calling, she was very rude and would not let me speak. This took place Saturday, August 31st at approximately 6pm. Her tone was unacceptable and unprofessional.
