Food was really good, huge selection on menu and they do dim sum! They offer a lunch special which includes soup, spring roll and choice of main with rice. Service feels a lil rushed, I no sooner sat down and drink order was taken, then two seconds later someone else came over to take my drink order again, then less than a minute someone was trying to take my food order and I had just sat down. That is frustrating. Nice big pot of tea tasted delicious. Love how they have a bunch of family style tables set up with lasy Susan's in the middle for sharing with a group in a traditional style.

Take out order this evening, not too sure on their quality of food. We ordered House Fried Rice and General Tso Chicken. It was not that good. The Fried Rice had little ingredients, too much diced onions, not much flavor, and rice was mushy. The GTC wasn't that spicy and just sauce with nothing else cooked with it. Both dishes were small portion and they overpriced items over $2 more than their competitors.

I’ve been going to new Asia and has always loved it. Recently the food has not been as good as it was! I found out ownership changed but I still decided to go there . I’ve tried it three times and I’ve concluded it’s just not worth

After seeing a write up in the Daily Memphian a while ago, I decided to try it for lunch. I will never order food from New Asia again. My Spring Rolls were soggy, wet, and the wrapper was too thick and overly doughy. My General Tsao was heavily breaded, oily, and the barely-present chicken smothered in the 'flour coating" was tough. To my palate, it had been prepared in oil that had turned bad/rancid. The chicken kung pao was also oily and tasted of oil gone bad. After a bite of each, everything went into the trash as inedible. A waste of money and the worst Chinese food I have ever been served.

The worst Asian food I’ve ever had. It’s pretty clear that the restaurant has fallen on hard times. Maybe a cook retired or something, because it’s obvious they’re using frozen food from a distributor and just reheating it in a microwave. Example - We ordered dumplings - they came in little foil tins. They didn’t even have the sense to remove them from the producers package and put them in a bamboo serving warmer.I feel bad leaving bad reviews but we were very upset that we wanted our money. Didn’t finish any of the food - didn’t have the heart to tell the staff. I feel like it’s a sinking ship that someone bet their livelihood on.

The old roasted duck was not delicious and was very cold. I informed the staff but they did not solve the problem for me

The waitress was indifferent and didn't speak enough English to communicate. At 1:00pm she said the lunch menu had ended. My meal cost $19 and consisted only of shrimp and rice--no egg roll, no soup, no vegetables. When I asked about the rest of the meal, the waitress said nothing else came with the entree, and it was plainly on the menu. The service was extremely slow. No wonder I was the only customer in the restaurant! A very unpleasant experience! It was so bad that I won't give them a second chance. Totally unacceptable.
The house fried rice was fabulous! The first I had ever purchased from there. Will definitely return.

They treat black people different please don’t go here! This is your warning! I ask for vegetable rice she said I could get it but it’s on the menu! We was leaving didn’t touch the drinks and she charged us pathetic
