Love this location. Staff is always friendly and kind. Coffees & hot water for tea is always stocked. And oh, those pastries in the display... they call my name, no really *. Super clean bathroom and dining room also

This location has gone way downhill. They’re often out of items and it’s not nearly as clean as it used to be. Food is decent, but service is slow.

1) It always smells terrible in here like burnt food in a dirty oven. 2) How do you sell out of Mac and cheese “every night” before dinner time? This has to be one of the most popular things here. Stock it up! And lastly 3) they are so SLOW.

DO NOT BUY PANERA BREAD BAGELS. Quality has gone down and they taste and smell aweful. I spoke to the Germantown store manager and he said himself they are not good and they are baked from frozen. They were not able to accommodate us in anyways but feel bad about it. Really sucks!

It's Panera. C'mon. It's the only place to get a real sandwich around here

The best part about this location is the staff. They are typically fairly friendly. The bad news is management seems to be falling down. This location is typically understaffed and out of a lot of ingredients. Depending on the day, your experience may be fine, but it’s highly variable.

Ordered a breakfast soufflé and a cinnamon crunch bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel was not wrapped and put in the bottom of the bag with napkins underneath that ended up stuck to the sticky bagel; the soufflé was thrown on top of the bagel; no fork to eat it with; the cream cheese was a low fat walnut, not plain. This is terrible service!

The dining room is nasty. They don't clean up. The food is okay. The staff is rude as they can be. I cannot believe they don't run this place better. It is just disgusting in there.

Just picked up my sandwich from this location, avocado slices were completely spoiled and very hard to eat. Not sure if the person who served this would eat this kind of food.
