Just ordered from Uber Eats. I got a bowl of the potato soup, and my side was supposed to be a fruit cup, which was an extra charge for the fruit... However, I received a tiny apple instead that I won't eat that doesn't cost extra! I hate eating whole apples. That's just my preference. So I paid almost $2 more for something I didn't even get. đĄ If you're not going to refund the extra I spent, I won't be eating from this place anymore.

Took over 25-30 minutes for an order placed online as ASAP. (At 1:30 on a Monday) Panera needs to let customer know in the app beforehand that it will take long and give an option to go to another location not as busyâŠ

I really did not want to do this but after a few back to back bad experiences here I have to write this review. 1- Slow service regardless of the time of the day (compared to other Panera Bread around here). 2- Wrong food due to the person cooking not paying attention to the ticket/order information (see pic) 3- If you ask about the status of your order or had to leave after waiting for 15+ mins for a simple sandwich (croissant with egg and cheese) expect an attitude from the cooks. No matter how nice you ask. I hope this helps this place make some improvements to the service. Weâve been customers since it opened up, we hate to stop going there.

The website and pics are all lies. 1100+ calories? Not on the whole order for 4 people! French dip? Not hardly. Burnt crunchy bread with a light seasoning of âmeatâ and not French onion soup either. In total MAYBE 300 calories. I paid over $76 to leave hungry and annoyed but I filled up, on Disappointment. Want me to recommend a food? Ok. Go to McAllisters and feed your whole family, itâll taste better, come a far cry closer to filling up the anorexic in your group than Panera and youâll spend half as much and your bread wonât break your teeth! Iâm disappointed in society that this place is in âbusinessâ at all. Everyone loves to spend $20 a person to have to go get something to eat somewhere that rips you off a little less! Look at that picture! Thatâs a light seasoning of âmeatâ on a âFrench dipâ! I only ever give in because my kid believes she is supposed to like it.
Parking: There is a very small parking lot, for an entire strip mall and most often youâll have to walk from the far end.

Donât order from this location. They forget something 100% of the time. 5 orders, 5 times they missed something.
Food was great, I went between meals so the front counter was not covered as well. But once they got there the employee was kind and efficient.

Iâve never been to Panera Bread before so I wasnât sure what to expect. Iâd spent the night in the local ER with my husband and was desperate for coffee and something that wasnât traditional fast food. Coffee can be subjective, especially if itâs not a coffee setting but first thing in the morning - 6:00 am, I expected better. I was especially disappointed in bagels that were supposed to have been toasted but were anything but. Maybe it was just a bad morning but I wonât go back again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this restaurant. We ordered food for delivery four days in a row, and each time, our order was incorrect. They consistently forgot to include utensils and napkins, which made eating the food inconvenient. On one occasion, they didn't deliver our order at all. Instead, they brought different food, which we did not ask for. This kind of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
