Piccadilly's was a family favorite for me growing up. It still hits the spot for me. I just went for takeout lunch and ordered the baked fish, greens, Mac n cheese, bread roll and custard pie. Everything tasted great, as I remembered from childhood. All the employees were super nice and helpful. Created a nice atmosphere. Everything was clean and orderly.
The staff was amazing and friendly. I wish I got the names but I didn't they greeted us with smiles played around with my 5 year old and even helped thewhole family to the table with smiles . Just all around great experience. The food was freshly made and it was clean until my 5 year old ate we tried to clean it though..

It was just blah. The food may be good quality but it is under seasoned. Waiting in line 20 or more minutes like you are in a middle school cafeteria for food that's just ok ... I'll pass. I've been twice, two different locations and just wasn't impressed. They do need to update the menu. Add some vegetarian and vegan options. Although there main clientele are senior citizens so I suppose they are on the right track. How does chocolate cream pie have no flavor?...
