This is the 3rd time I have 8 at this location and so far it has been the best pizza I have ever had the toppings are perfect the crust is perfect and the service is phenomenal living in byhalia Mississippi and coming all this way just to get a pizza definitely makes a statement

After 2 phone calls about my order 2 hrs after I called it in, I received a call from the “manager” who gave me “permission” not to pay for my late pizza, even though it had not even been baked 2 hrs after I placed the order!!

Ordered from the Germantown Parkway location, 2 hours later no pizza. I called the store and they told me that they cancelled the order because they were short staffed. WHAT A JOKE!

I was told that they don't deliver in my area yet I live two miles from them and when I said that the person on the phone sat there quietly and didn't say a thing and the hung up.

Called and double checked an online order and manager verified it was going to be made right...... it wasn't! When I called back to let them know the manager got on the phone with me and screamed “maybe you should quit ordering pizza from us!†And hung up on me. Now they are hanging up on me when I try and call back. I couldn't think of a better way to treat your customers

Placed my order online between about 9:30p and I received a call from the msgr (she claimed) inquiring if I would make in to pick up before 10p bc they close at 10p. I told her yes but unfortunately I made it there at 10:05p and she stated they voided my order bc I didn't make in before 10... WTH?!! I politely explained to the woman through the door bc she wouldn't open it that I only order bc it stated on the website that this location closes at 11pm it even states 11 pm on the door. I kindly explained they need to update their hours of operation due to false advertisement. She smiled and said, “no we close at 10.†Pizza Hut please correct this simple matter by updating your new hours of operation bc obviously your employees at this location have no idea what term “customer service†means to your company.
