Royal Panda Restaurant

The waitress at all times was in a hurry and annoyed manner. We were a big table and it seemed like that was bothering her. It was uncomfortable to interact with her. The food was not bad, but not good enough to return. This was the previous Sunday.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the food here.

We ordered the Veg Lo Mein, Egg Fried Rice, TOA’s Chicken, and the Fried Banana dessert. None of the dishes were enjoyable, and the overall quality was disappointing.

Based on this visit, I wouldn’t return and cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

I've been going here practically since birth. ALL the staff is so kind, personable, and they really treat you like family, regardless of your background! The food is out-of-this-world, and their homemade hot mustard is beyond superb! They have so many food options - it's so hard to choose sometimes that we'll order multiple entrees for the whole family to share! Their lunch and dinner portions are the perfect sizes, the food is always reasonably priced, and the atmosphere here is very peaceful! There aren't enough words to explain how much I LOVE eating at Royal Panda and interacting with their staff! This is definitely my FAVORITE Chinese restaurant in the Germantown/Memphis area, and I order from here every time I come back to town! So far, I have yet to find a Chinese restaurant that even comes close in comparison to Royal Panda in the Nashville area! <3

The waitress was very rude, nasty attitude. I signed my receipt and didn't put a tip on it because I had cash to leave. So before I left my tip she came back and had the audacity to look at the receipt and tell me you didn't leave a tip,you need to put tip on here 😲 and stated something in her language.The nerve of her. Because of her rude response I left her without a tip.

I recently visited and ordered the Panda Wings appetizer for $11.00. I assumed this was for whole wings for this price. Turns out you get 4 party wings for this price. That's $2.75 per party wing. That's outrageous. I called to make sure this was not an oversight and it's correct. Moral of the story, ask before you order, you may get magic beans instead.

Live every food item they serve.

Food was very good and one of the best wonton soups I’ve ever had! Our service was excellent and very prompt. Lunch specials were great. Atmosphere could be better, however I will be a return customer!
