Russo's New York Pizzeria

Absolutely Amazing! The food is fantastic. It was a long stressful day at work. I did not get a chance to take lunch. Ms. Micky was awesome! She took the edge off and made my day so much better! I will definitely be back again.

Great dining experience. Food was great. The servings were more than fair for the price. Our waiter was fantastic. Very friendly gentleman, and I wish I got his name. He paid attention to our needs at the table, before we could ask for anything. Got us drinks to go on the way out too. Definitely will be back to try more from the menu.

One of the worst dining experiences ever. Food is good, but service was terrible. There were 8 of us. With a group that size, you expect a bit of a wait. There was a large group finishing their meals and leaving. There were 3 other tables of diners. Salads took 45 minutes. I got my own drink and our appetizer plates. Owner came out to apologize for the wait and offered desserts. The food took another 45 minutes after the owner was aware. I cleared our dirty plates. We really shouldn't have paid, but we just wanted the experience to be over. It's a shame, it used to be great.

Every time I stop into Russo's I see that something has been improved or updated. Starting with the patio's greenery all the way to the brunch menu. I absolutely love coming here for lunch during the week and it's a plus that I can comfortably walk my 2 year old in for a family dinner. The staff is very welcoming and the food is phenomenal. Highly recommend the eggplant rolatini and the Tuscan butter.

I placed an online order at 6:39PM and got a confirmation email with an ETA of 45 mins. At 7:48 I called to inquire about the whereabouts of my order. 3 calls later I still could not get anyone on the phone. I thought the place may have closed down so I headed up to investigate. At 8PM I arrived to a mostly empty restaurant to be informed by an employee that they do not deliver on weeknights. I will not consider returning to this restaurant ever. The employee did not offer to refund my order. I will have to reconcile with my credit card company tomorrow. What a joke of an operation. If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been eating here since the week it opened. This is one of the few restaurants in Germantown that has a large patio. As the service (waitresses were extremely slow and rude) and food got progressively worse over time, I stopped dining here. I recently heard that Russo's was under new ownership and decided to try them again. This is a totally new dining experience for me at Russo's. The waitresses are prompt and polite and wearing a big smile. Food is better than it was before with new choices appearing on the menu. While I am sure they face new start up challenges in the restaurant business, I have not been disappointed in the 8-10 times I've eaten here in the past three weeks.

Horrible service tonight. Plenty of open tables. No line at the door. What looked like 20 people working. Yet we stood to get a table for way too long. We sat at the table for way too long before anyone came up to assist. We ordered drink specials, and while sitting directly adjacent of the bar we noticed initially there was no bartender, then when one arrived finally to start filling what looked like a severed drink back log we noticed that he had to check recipes and what to do for every single order. Well we finally got tired of waiting, so we just informed the bartender to cancel our drink order and we drove down the road and had wonderful service and an excellent meal for a lesser price. And the place we ended up at was twice as busy.... need some work Russo's.

First visot there today & it was absolutely fantastic!! Their NY pizza is the closest & most authentic we have found in Memphis compared to what we have had in New York City. Meatball appetizer was delicious, too, and the leftover meat sauce is great for dipping the bread squares. Great atmosphere & service...we will definitely be back & highly recommend Russo's to all our friends!!!

Third order in a row that was either not ready or completely wrong after placing the order via their web page.

I ordered some pizza on a Monday night in late March after realizing that my precious Papa Murphy's had closed. We got 4 pizzas and in total it cost us $80. The pizzas were good I guess, but I was expecting more for the price. $80 to feed six people pizza just seems exorbitant. Pizza is not complicated.

Ordered a pizza for delivery with a 45 minute wait time. After 1:15 minutes stared to call. No answer and voicemail full. Drove to restaurant 2 hours later. “Sorry, I can't give you a refund, we're slammed and the delivery driver is the only one that can issue a refund. No manager here. The delivery driver is related to the owners.” lol... Woman behind the counter was visibly annoyed at me. First and last attempt at eating here. There's too many choices available to need to put up with this service. At least they found one thing to be the best at... being rude and terrible.

Great place to go to lunch. Large portions and the calzone salad lunch combo was great. Plenty of toppings options which made the lunch more unique. I would eat at this restaurant again.

Absolutely delicious food and a great atmosphere on a Friday night. Local musicians playing good music. The gluten free pizza crust (not on the menu but is available) is GREAT! We had the buffalo chicken pizza and the prosciutto and fig pizza. A great combination of savory and sweet for sure. Good and affordable food and drink selection. I would recommend this to anyone.

We have been going to Russo's for many years now. The service is always great, the food is delicious and the prices and portions are amazing. I had the side salad and meatball appetizer and it was enough to take half of each home for another meal. So yummy! I have been there for breakfast and also when I want pizza, and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Russo's to anyone who likes New York style pizza or really good Italian food.
