Me and my aunt came to this location because we were at Trader Joe's and decided to get smoothies and 2 acai bowls. The young lady that took care of us name was Trinity. She had such great customer service. Thank you Trinity for great conversation and customer service. She greeted each customers as they enter the store with a smile.

service is really bad - especially if you don't tip 20%, they will treat you differently and put your order behind others that do. also 25 cents for an extra cup for a 10 dollar drink. people come to smoothie places for convenience. this is not convenient or pleasant.

Poplar Avenue has a special place in my heart! This Smoothie King was proficiently cleaned and organized. Jewel was attentive to me due to this being my first time there. The doors were openes a minute early! I was able to get in, enjoy the view and get out. ?

Employees were rude and started turning lights off inside while I was in the store. Also they were slamming dishes aggressively. The store wasnt closed for another 30 minutes. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good smoothie tho

I have come to this place at least every week, typically I go to the Cordova location daily. I'm leaving this review because they always mess my smoothie up. Never apologetic about it, more like slick sarcasm about it. Today, I made a mobile order and just like always, they jacked my beverage up. You would think that they would prioritize and fix it. Instead the young lady proceeded to take a few more orders, making all of their beverages before remaking my beverage. I will not patronize this location again. Customer service is horrible:

How it went… I go inside and saw no one at the cash register. No big deal, causally browsing the menu…. short girl walks out and just looks at me with a negative attitude she didn’t say a single word, then she just looks at me for 3 secs waiting for me to say something. It’s the attitude that warrant this review. Overall good smoothie :)
