The Manager Maria was amazing, checked on us a few times since we had 2 kids at the table and made sure we were comfortable. The food was amazing as well. So happy with our experience and how kid friendly it was for our toddlers.

Food was not good! Avocado toast was not toasted and the avocado was turning brown. Mentioned to the waitress and she just said “oh sorry sometimes it’s just like this”, was not taken off our bill and gratuity was already included.

This is the worst experience that I have had add 1 of the stacks locations. I get there and they're standing in the front. We wait over 5 minutes for them. Discussing, whose table weneed to go to. One of the servers was upset because I was not going to sit in her area. Over 5 minutes, I'm waiting on them to seat us. Just because they're arguing back and forth about the seating location. We sit down and order food. I ordered shrimp and grits. Never received it, nor did my waitress come back to check to see if I received my food. I stopped another waitress and asked her to check or at least let my waitress know that I was waiting on my food. Still, nothing when it came time for us to go. The waitress standing over-the-counter ask, how was everything I told her? I'd never receive my food. Please take it off of my bill. We ordered two mimosa flights, one steak roll a kid's meal and it cost me a hundred and one dollars unbelievable, I will not be returning to this location, and had the audacity to have a mandatory gratuity added on. I think with the service that I receive. There should not been a graduity added on Especially when you don't receive your food and they don't come back to check to see if you received your food.

They checked in at the perfect times, kept the coffee hot, and made my morning feel extra special. Great service like that makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be back!

We have never had a bad experience at Staks! The food is amazing and the staff were working quickly to get everyone served. We had a little bit of a wait (as to be expected for Sunday Brunch) but once we were sat we were served quickly. They have great kids options and have great choices for both breakfast and lunch!
