I’m not a “Karen” in fact I was not going to leave a review but google just asked me how was my experience at Stacks, So here it is. The service was among the worst experiences I’ve had dining out! I think it was our particular server who very possibly didn’t turn in our orders and also rarely returned to the table in fact tables that came in 10 to 15 minutes after us had finished eating prior to us even receiving our food. Normally when my family goes out to breakfast we go to Eggs Up Grill or Perkins Germantown.

First one in the door at the Germantown location and WOW. Under the new GM, Stephanie Wheeler, I am impressed! All the staff were very polite and hustling to keep up with the bustling atmosphere that packed the building over the Valentine’s Day weekend. I started off with a breakfast cocktail, the “Lady of the Morning” which was bursting with sunshine like citrus flavor that was a balance of breakfast vibe without being too sweet. The bacon was THICC, just how I like it and grits were cheesier than the fans filling Lombardi stadium. But the REAL treat….was the pancakes of the month, keeping true to the love holiday-red velvet. Felt like moms homemade with the texture and crispy edges and soft fluff throughout. Topped with white chocolate chips and a vanilla drizzle, how can you go wrong. Absolutely BUSSIN y’all!

Always a great place for brunch after a long shift at the hospital! The mimosas are always good and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The food is wonderful but the service is terrible. Saw our waitress for drinks, food and check. Nowhere in between. When we got the check we were disappointed to see that you pay for an omelet but also for the ingredients put in to making it. $1.00 for each ingredient. A $12.00 omelet turned into $24.00. I ordered an island coffee and didn't get it until we were getting the check. Service is terrible. Won't be returning.
