This is my local Starbucks, and they rarely let me down. Since there is no drive-thru, I can usually get in and out quickly. They keep all the ingredients in stock, so I always get my preferred drink. The small patio is a nice little place to sit and watch the cars drive by.
Worst experience ever on a coffee shop! The barista was apparently learning, while the manager was in the office. The kid was doing like 10 orders at a time, taking over 20 minutes to finish a tall cappuccino, and to do it wrong (I got a pumpkin spice instead). But this is on the manager, the place was crowed and she couldn’t come out and help. Avoid if you can!

Always have been my favorite place for lattes and special coffee. The food, service, baristas, and environment are so nice and comforting. I'm never disappointed.
August 14th @ 10:30am. The white guy wearing a bandana, long hair/ ponytail, white/gray beard, comes off as rude. I walked up said "Good morning ", placed my order, and said "Thank you ", while he never spoke a word. In fact I don't recall him making eye contact. He looked out the door the whole time. My impression is he's overwhelmed and has reached the point of not caring whatsoever.

There is no way a mobile order with one drink placed early should take 15-20 minutes. I’m not from this area so I’m not sure if there was a bias against me due to my appearance but I will not be spending my money at this location again. It’s unacceptable. The atmosphere just seemed off and uninviting. My drink was fine but I could get that at literally any other location in the area.

Typical Starbucks with a better than average staff. The only problem here is parking, which they have very little of. Trolling for a parking space or parking in someone else’s business may test your desire to stop here.
Parking: The number of spots for parking is not proportional to the size of this business. You will likely end up parking at one of the neighboring business. When I was there, 14 Customers were seated and all the parking spaces were taken. There is seating inside for 34 people.

There are good Starbucks and there are poorly run Starbucks.This one is very well run. Coffee is good & consistent. If you live in Germantown, it’s worth driving out of your way to this Starbucks. Avoid the one at Market Place in Collierville & Houston Levee. Both poorly run.

Bought a package of whole beans and the barista offered to grind them. I requested medium grind and yet I ended up with extra fine, typically for espresso. Disappointed.
