I literally ordered on my app at the light by the time I walked into the establishment, my order was ready. I'd never experienced receiving an order as quickly as I have with this location.And the staff was super friendly and amazing.

2nd time here recently and it takes over 20 minutes to get a simple coffee with steamed milk . Last time i’ll come to this store ; by the way there’s only 5 people inside and 3 cars in line

I visit this location several times a week and have started bringing a personal cup for my orders. Three out of the last four times my order is served in a cup. Which clearly defeats the whole purpose of bringing your own cup, They told me they cannot reuse the cup that they put my drink in even though it is going unused because it gets poured into my cup. This is super frustrating, and it’s an absolute waste to unnecessarily throw away cups that could be used for other orders and not to mention a waste of money for the store owner. I understand staff gets busy, but who are attention needs to be paid to orders.

I came to the Starbucks because it was close to my appointment. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My order was not correct but they did not mind changing it. They did not make me feel like I was a “problem.” I had a few hours of work, so sat in their dining area and was able to get all of my work completed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I will come back to this location.
Parking: Even though this Starbucks is connected to a bank, there was plenty of parking.

Why is the guy working the drive through window such a jerk? Would it kill you to at least smile or acknowledge my “How are you doing?” before asking me to leave a tip? Get real!

They didn’t even try to shake my drink. You still can see the sauce at the bottom. How on earth a barista not even try to mix the drink well. I ordered my coffee with salted caramel cold foam on top, but it’s literally just some kind of whipping cream. I would be understanding if they were busy, but not at all. That’s so lazy when you not even try to meet the standards of your work. Never come back again.
