The waitresses here are very kind and pleasant. The atmosphere is very nice. The impolite manager with the missing hair at the top he is NOT.
Nice ambience, courteous staff, and the steak was really good! I will definitely go again.
I’ve been to Stoney River several times at this point and it’s always been great. From the service to the food, to the atmosphere, it’s a great place to dine in. I like to try different things when I go, so this last time, I had the pork chop. It was amazing. I highly recommend. The steaks are great too. I had the New York strip(my go to cut)on a previous visit and it was perfection. Overall Stoney River never disappoints.
We went for lunch not that crowded. Couldn't get water and my $25 French dip sandwich didn't come with any horseradish sauce. By the time I was able get some the it was cold. Not a good experience.
My favorite steakhouse in Germantown. The staff are incredible. The atmosphere is great. The food is delicious.
Everything was great up until the point where I found broken glass in my water. Yeah, exactly. Management decided to comp half of our meal as an apology. Then I found that the women's bathroom had only 5 squares of TP between all of the stalls. That was not a fun experience hunting for TP. The service was excellent, our server went above and beyond, but the experience was lacking.
We love Stoney River and never had any problems until New Years Day. We had reservations for 2 weeks. When we were seated it took 20 minutes to get our water and tea.. The place was not crowded at 4 pm. The steaks were not Cooke as ordered but it had taken us so long that we just ate our food. We were there 2 hours when normally it takes 1 hour and we have desert. We were there so long we didn't eat any desert. Not sure what the problem was unless they had no workers. I will try again to see if this is going to be the normal service. I hope not

I went at lunch time, to start I ordered an appetizer that arrived after the main course, I ordered the salmon which they gave me undercooked and did not look fresh, I asked to change it but they took so long that I had to order it to take away, however when I tried to eat it it had a bad taste, you could tell the salmon was not fresh, terrible experience

The service was terrible, I ordered an appetizer that arrived after the main course, my companion received his food raw and when he asked for it to be cooked again it took too long to the point that he had to order it to take away, a shame he had high expectations.

To be honest, I think I'm spoiled from my experiences by Nashville"s Stoney Rivers. Nashville's service and atmosphere are far better. Now the food was good, met my expectations. The water the day we went had an odd taste. My companions also noticed it, so we did not drink the water. If I return, it will be for takeout.

My husband and I visited this location on a Sunday evening. My first impression was the interior and the ambiance. It was somewhat upscale but a family atmosphere as well. Our server was NOT attentive or friendly; she was disengaged and stoic. After waiting for almost 25 minutes the food finally arrived; but our server was no where to be found. My husband's order was totally incorrect and he had to wait for her to return to inform her that it was incorrect. He explained to her that he didn't order the items; Instead of her accepting the error she began to tell my husband, "That's what you ordered". I noticed the entire time she never returned to ask if we needed refills on beverages. She o ly returned to remove dishes from the table. We ordered desert; she seemed to be angered about this. We felt rushed and decided to leave. We spent at least $80 before the tip.

I had dinner here last night with my fiance. The food was great as always. The highlight was that our experience and time felt very personable from our waiter. We never got his name but we learned that he’s from California. He truly made our night because he was happy to be there and conversing with us.. very personable, kind, and just on top of everything. We can get great food anywhere but a waiter like him is hard to come by. I hope he’s appreciated here at Stoney because he’s deserving! Thank you ❤️

My husband and I went here last night for dinner. Ultimately our food was good, but our dining experience was super frustrating, especially given the price we were paying for dinner. They didn't have four of the five things we tried to order from the menu. That would have been mildly annoying in and of itself, but what was most frustrating is that we would order a drink or a dish and it would take about 15-20 minutes for someone to come back and tell us they didn't have it. I tried to order a draft beer to have with my meal, and it took about 40 minutes from when I ordered to ultimately get the beer (they kept coming back after 20 minutes to tell me "oh sorry there is a mix up, we don't have that one either.") For a $70/person dining experience I really would expect better. Not sure that we'll be back.
