It was really nice to walk in with no waiting since I was the only customer. The girl was exceptionally friendly and polite when I requested my sandwich a certain way because I am a very nitpicky person and I always get the same thing. I love the tuna with the bread flattened out with onions and bell peppers cooked time and a half to actually cook the peppers and onions! So delicious! The girl didn't understand the reason I wanted the bread flattened out with her gloved hands was because I wanted to get extra toast time and not burn the edges but she was very cooperative even though she was a bit puzzled lol. Very nice neighborhood very nice subway location. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Took a coupon out of the Germantown local clipper magazine. After presenting the employee with my coupon, the Employee pulled a sign out from behind the counter saying they don’t accept Subway coupons. So how can you be a Germantown merchant, promoting a Germantown coupon, and not accept it???? Not to mention the employees were rude and condescending. They could give it to me for FREE and I won’t go back again!

Horrible food! DO NOT EAT HERE. $10 for meatball sub that was awful and foot long pretzel looked and tasted like I would imagine a stick would taste like. No dipping sauce included.

Ask for fresh cookies he wanted to give me the cookies in the case that looked hard and refused to make me some fresh made cookies saying they were about to close even tho it was 8:21 and they close at 9 he was rude and I will not be going back

I sent my husband to get me a cheese steak sub. They ask him what he wanted on it. He told them bell peppers & onions assuming that the usual stuff would be on it. What he brought me was a dry and awful sandwich with a small amount of meat, bell peppers and onions. Nothing else, not even the cheese.Why is it called a cheese steak if you have to tell them cheese? It didn’t even have mayo. And they don’t take coupons either!

Best one around!! I like that the guys wear hair nets and keep beards trimmed short around food prep. I travel out of my way to come to this location.
Witnessed the sandwich artisan wipe his nose while gloved and then had the nerve to look surprised when I appeared discussed.
