I’ve been here a few times and every time the employees that work here are just about the rudest and most lazy people I’ve ever met. I don’t understand how management allows these employees to act the way that they do

Visit included myself and four hungry kids ages 3,5,6 and 10. No one acknowledged our presence. After finding a table I went to the counter to order. Again no one acknowledged me. Said excuse me and someone from the back of the kitchen said… “you’ll have to order from the self service screen”. I politely asked if I could please order from the counter. No one looked a me nor answered. I stood there watching 4 employees ignoring me. Finally one walked to the register and asked ”what do you want?” Should have left at that point, but 4 kids excited about going to Taco Bell! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! First and last visit to that TB!! Do better!!

Can’t ever get an order right for uber. You spend an arm and a leg to get a nice meal and everything is always wrong. They get your order wrong so many times uber won’t even entertain a refund. Such a joke.
