The staff at TCBY Germantown is amazing. We love coming (especially in the summer) and happily drive from east Memphis to do so. 💜. Greeted with a smiles and taster cups & it’s the perfect anytime treat! Amazing toppings and flavors and so good with kids!
This is our first time to try the TCBY frozen yogurt. Enjoy the topping while the yogurt may be too sweet in our original definition of yogurt. But the staff is really nice and welcome us with samplings frozen yogurt. It is a self-service yogurt so I did not tip when I was asked the tip option in the payment.
The atmosphere here is very neat, the best frozen yogurt, been here about twice already. One of the employees was super sweet and welcoming to everyone who walked in. They have a good amount of toppings. I love candies on mine as always. They also have neat seating outside with umbrellas.
