Love the atmosphere and vibe. Food was just ok. Bland. Didn’t like for a party of two we were charged $18 gratuity. Even charged us a $1 for a very small sour cream. Lemon Drop arrived at the table half full. Unsure if the waitress spill some of we were shorted. I would’ve recommended this place to others but I rather not.

Went here with a couple friends for dinner one night. Service was lacking as we had to wait quite a while to even order and notices several servers just standing around when they could’ve been helping people. My food was decent but not anything special. My friends got the tacos and they came out swimming in and dripping grease. The worst part was that after ordering several sides and dessert as a splurge, the bill came out and we found out that they charge 18% gratuity for parties of TWO or more people?!?! That means the tip is mandatory unless you eat there alone. Was not mentioned at all before the bill came out either. Absolutely ridiculous and ruined the whole experience for us. My 2 friends and my main meal plus guacamole and the churros and the tip was $130!! Could’ve gotten a couple tacos and a drink from the truck for less than $10 and been more satisfied than eating here.

Food was awesome, very flavorful and hot! Phoenix was a great server, very helpful, friendly and quick with everything. Been a while since we have eaten here but it was a amazing experience.

The decor was absolutely beautiful—very well done and inviting. Unfortunately, the food and overall dining experience didn’t meet our expectations.
The drinks were disappointing; one was sent back because it didn’t resemble the traditional Mexican drinks we’re familiar with, and the frozen drink was watery upon arrival. My rice and beans were cold as soon as they reached the table, which was surprising and disappointing.
We also found it unusual that sour cream wasn’t included with the tacos—it was an additional charge, which seems odd for a Mexican restaurant. Additionally, a mandatory 18% gratuity was added for our party of four, and we were told we couldn’t split the check, which made things inconvenient.
Overall, while the atmosphere was lovely, the food quality and service policies left much to be desired. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

The drinks were horrible. My daughter food was cold. Food was bland. No complementary salsa and chips. Order a large cheese dip it was the size of small order of dip. The cosmetics of the restaurant atmosphere was nice. The server was ok.

Went for lunch. It was meh. Not very flavorful and the food was room temp when it finally made it to the table. The cheese dip was watery and flavorless. The server only came to the table to take our order, drop the food and drop the check. No refills, no “how is your food”.

I recently visited family in Memphis and we visited this restaurant on my first night in town. The tableside guacamole was delicious, the chips are made fresh and so delicious. I had the street tacos and they were some of the best I've ever had. The service was a little off and our server disappeared, so I had to go to the bar to have our waters refilled. Go for the food. Hope for better service.

Had a fantastic dinner experience here! The service was great and staff were very friendly. I loved the freshly made guacamole (at my table…like they come with a guac cart!!). Such a fun experience! Also highly recommend the barbacoa street tacos! So much flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly. Great homemade salsa too. All around recommend this place.

I love every experience I have at Goyo’s. Their customer service is top notch. My server, Dino, was very easy going and friendly with good recommendations. The decor is upscale but still authentic. The street tacos are perfectly seasoned and mildly spicy. I’m a big fan of the dessert too. The tres leches cake is delicious. The flan is creamy and sweet. This will definitely be a regular spot for me going forward.
