Wish I could do no stars. We were told that we needed to walk to the register to order food because the waitress could not come to our table. 5 guys left right after us right behind us. It was not that busy and this is coming from a waitress. The guy that told us that could have just took our order. That was how sad the service is here.

Terrible experience chik with pink or red low fro customer service is terrible my whole Order was wrong and the other cashier rude I’m standing at the counter she just checking out folks like I’m not there. Back on the lil fro chik I drove all the way home thinkn I m fina eat good I got the wrong breakfast so I drive all the way back and start goin off about having to go back she gon say that’s what I ordered 🤬 if that’s the case why am I here folks need to leave drugs alone and these employers need to do better hiring and check into these folks customer service skills

Unfortunately for this location they received my last services. I have left thousands in tips to everyone working (waiters and cooks) when I have ate at this location over the years. Walked in tonight and was met with a cold shoulder by everyone working with the exception of 1 person. Hooked them up but unfortunately I will never come to this location again due to every other employee.

They should consider changing their name, but "Mediocre, Deflated Waffle-like Pancake House" probably wouldn't bring as many patrons in. I haven't had Waffle House in many years, but they used to have good waffles that were thick with delightful pockets to hold the butter and syrup. Apparently those days are gone. We got "waffles" that were really just pancakes with a light grid pattern cooked onto them. Forget butter, it's now a whipped oil mixture with coloring to look like butter. Service was sufficient, atmosphere hasn't changed since the last time I assure at a waffle house and the sun was up. Shame on them for what they are trying to pass off as a waffle though.

Never even got severed waited 1 hour for a table no even acknowledged us. 1249 Germantown road Germantown, TN location needs to be shut down or better trained staff.

I brought my friends and we had a great time. The food was fast and fresh as always and the employees were so incredibly nice to us. I wish I knew the names of the ladies that took care of us that night. They definitely deserve all the recognition in the world.

Customer service was absolutely horrible and dismissive from the time I walked in. We waited for our table to be wiped down, only to get half effort and had to ask for it to be wiped again.
The lady working my table had a bad attitude and was upset that I asked for the table to be wiped. I could no longer take the deplorable level of service and decided just to leave before I even ordered.
I am so disappointed in the staff at this location and hope that they do better in the future.
