Went through the drive-through and ordered two chicken sandwiches and both were completely raw. Unfortunately one of us ate part of one before realizing it was not cooked. Wendy’s is disgusting. Don’t ever go there, especially this one in Germantown, Tn. Hopefully won’t end up in the hospital tonight. Shame on y’all.

My soda had a lot of gunk in the cup and inside the lid. See attached. I had the argue to get a full refund. I was very upset and felt like I had to throw up. No apology and they even lectured me about being polite and acted like I was complaining that they put the wrong condiment on my burger. They had the gall to say it was chocolate. Cups and lids are stored upside down so how could chocolate get in my cup. Never go to this Wendy's.
Update - They voided my credit card refund after I left!!

From the ordering at the drive through service sucked they never did reply to me at the ordering station. I had to pull up to the window and I got some lame ass. Excuse that big trucks have to pull all the way up. Well, I was all the way up at the speaker box I fit under the awning I am not a big truck. I am a normal van the person taking my order seemed. Unattended and really like he didn’t wanna be here and then how long does it take to make a breakfast maple chicken sandwich because now I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes to get my meal and I feel I’m gonna have to go in to get my drive-through meal

Ordered 3 of the "Biggie" meals at the window to go, was not good. Fries were barely warm, burger dry and the "stem part" of a lettuce leaf instead of lettuce leaves on all 3 burgers. I ordered sweet tea, they gave me some other flavor that was disgusting. I won't be back to this one, seems this one ALWAYS has problems.

Waited in line for more than 5 minutes just to order food then had to wait more than 10 to get my food. Not that hot, no napkins, utensils, or condiments even though I specifically asked for them.

Waited next to speaker for 20 minutes and I had to come in to get my order because no1 was working the speaker on drive through 5 cars left before I hot stuck there for 20 minutes
This is the worst Wendy in this city. They always charge you for something you didn't ask for. I came for breakfast at 9:00am and the door was lock. Order at drive thru and the manger said the main door would stay lock. Food taste like garbage and drink taste like chemicals were mix in them.
