This Wendy's on Germany town need a class to teach management and workers how to communicate and handle customer they are rude no respect and they need to be reported to better business bureau it sad how full of hell some people are and then they get a job dealing with the customers. Now thats scary

This restaurant is actually terrifying. I don’t eat Wendy’s myself, but I do for my teenager on occasion, and I think I’ll probably start avoiding this location.

This location is very rude and nonchalant. They ignored me after calling the cashier 3 times to purchase cookies while I waited on my order. I then asked could they hear me ask they manager acknowledged but I dont appreciate them ignoring me like they was too busy to respond and store was empty... bad customer service

Placed a pickup order and we had ordered no tomato on the burger and extra ketchups. After picking up the order I had realized my chicken nuggets were missing and the burger had tomatoes and no ketchup was there. Its also ironic that we asked for onions for the chili and they did add extra but forgot everything else

Haven't had Wendy's in a long time, was visiting from my town and figured we would stop. We ordered a large chili with onions and cheese & instead of saying they don't have chopped onions, they just threw a mess of sliced onions that goes on a hamburger right on top of the chili not to mention the chili was barely lukewarm. Everything else wasnt too bad

Food was okay for a fast food place but service was horrible. Rude, rude, rude. The sad part is that the person training the newbie was the rude one. No wonder you will never find good service at any of the Wendy’s. They didn’t even give me a receipt so I can complain online. Next time I’ll need to make sure to ask for one.

This is the second time I've ordered a full size chicken sandwich, and they've given me the the smaller crispy chicken filet instead. Ripoff.

Someone still trying to hold onto the Wendy’s Dave Thomas founded! The Dave’s Classic Pattie’s have shrunk considerably but not as much as a certain garbage competitor. Dave’s Double is small but still edible. Wendy needs to get back to what made her Dad and her name famous and really spank the dingy arches.

After the dog park every day, my golden doodles and I head out to a fast breakfast. Many days we eat at Wendy’s. The breakfast sandwiches and recently the Wendy’s breakfast is on the menu. $3. Breakfast cannot be beat, except the English Muffins…ugh.
Parking: Park anywhere without a problem.
Kid-friendliness: Kids make up a big part of the clientele. The new Dreamcicle Frosty is a reminder of the old fashion Orange popsicle with vanilla ice cream center. Here on Poplar Ave. at West St. in Germantown, there is a deal every day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a problem to get your wheelchair inside.
