I've been coming to Wild Beet since they opened many years ago. The service is always great and the salads are always perfect. I've never liked a salad as a meal because I had never had one that was filling enough to feel like an entree but this place hits the spot every time. Their dressings are made in house. Ingredients are always fresh and a great variety. Owner is always on hand and working and some employees have been there for years. I wish they would open one in DeSoto County but I don't mind trekking 35 min to have such a great salad.

Ordered two salads from them off of DoorDash. The salads were mostly lettuce with barely any topping mixed in. Just put the toppings on top next time so people will know how badly they’re being cheated. Never ordering from them again.

Salads are always great and fresh. I call my orders in and they have always been ready by the time I get there (always within 20 minutes). The only negative is there isn’t enough sitting area so difficult to eat there.

The is by far the best (maybe the only) place to get a proper salad in the Memphis/Germantown area. Always good food and nearly more than a grown man can eat -- easily a meal. Fresh veggies and fresh protein. Fantastic staff. One of my favorite places to go for delicious, healthy and filling food. I hear their sandwiches and other stuff is great too -- I just have never made it past their salads because they are to good.
