I go to Wild Beets on A Regular Basis. While it's 50/50 on service, the food is always 100% , so I tend to overlook since everyone has a bad day. All of the food is very good: salads, wraps, quesadillas, and the sweet tea Delicious!( I love the Raspberry Vinaigrette and Chipotle Ranch dressings) On 3-7-24 , I went for my usual visit and this time I had an issue take place with my food. I addressed the issue with staff and management. Needless to say the issue got RECTIFIED VERY QUICKLY! Thanks Kelcie and Staff. I am very big on customer service especially when issues arise. I will definitely be going back!

I was excited to try this place with my friend due its healthy options. However, I suffered from food poisoning, which could have been avoided if I didn’t overlook all the red flags. #1) the assembly is not hygienic at all. Cross contamination is likely and if you suffer from allergies, I definitely would recommend not eating here. #2) I question the freshness of the ingredients. I had tofu in my salad, but the tofu looked dark and almost moldy. The iceberg lettuce I received was already wilting and looked spoiled. 3) As a newcomer, I had no idea where to place my order once I selected what I wanted on the sheet of paper near the entrance. The staff were rude about it, which will definitely deter new customers. #4) The establishment was oddly dark and the lights were not completely on. Maybe they wanted to save money on their electricity bill. Overall, the preparation of the salad I received led to my eventual food poisoning. I plan on never going back and telling family and friends not to bother going here unless they want to get sick.

I use to loveeeeee coming here but baby the people here HATE their job and it shows. The lady that makes salads always rush through making my salad while giving me the most passive aggressive energy and nastiest mean mug on earth, I don’t know if she’s the manager or supervisor or what but she’s a Black lady. The food is good, but I’m scared to come back because I don’t know if she gone throw salad at my face for asking for more food in my salad? Anyways if management sees this, maybe y’all should give your workers a mental health days b/c it’s something obviously off & you never know what the person who’s coming in going through and vice versa for the workers. All in all just up your customer service. People deserve to be treated right if their buying from your establishment.

Have tried the food yet but customer service was absolutely trash ?️. Very rude non-active lacking it was terrible no matter how polite you are they couldn't answer a question to save their life. It was crazy . The only person that showed politeness and did any work was a new employee who made my salad ? . If they are training him he and your business might want to reconsider your staff because that was ridiculous horrible transaction I'm in the parking lot typing this up because it was just sad. Your business will suffer from poor staff and you have it . Look in the comments it's mentioned a lot and it's not a lie. I thought maybe ? it was a bad day but every experience is saying something. New to Memphis and most likely won't be back

I order my salad at least twice a week. I gave them a 4- star because sometimes when I order they don’t clean the cutting utensil after cutting onions. I don’t like onions and don’t want to taste or eat it in my salad. You never know when someone may be allergic, so have to be careful.

I order salads from here pretty frequently. The salads are so fresh, filling and tasty. I think they are large enough for two people to share or you can split the salad into two main meals. The one thing I don't recommend from here are the "quesadillas". JMO- they are NOT quesadillas and should not be referred to as s

Staff isn't very friendly but the salads are awesome. Build your own is the way to go even if it's similar to a menu offered salad. My partners salad had almost no toppings whereas my custom salad was loaded with

I will start by saying the salads here are very good - fresh ingredients, with generous portions. I'm not a huge fan of their pricing system though. If you choose a BYO option it can get a little steep so be mindful of that. My biggest gripe though is their addiction to single use plastics!! Plastic bowls for every order, plastic utensils, plastic cups, regardless of dine-in or carry out. This is obviously horrible for the environment, but when I pay $15-20 for a salad and choose to dine in, it'd be nice to not have to eat it out of a plastic container and also have a metal fork. There's a similar concept with locations in High Point and Collierville that manages this (with slightly lower prices) so there's really no excuse here.
