BEST gyro I've had from a restaurant that doesn't specialize in Greek cuisine.
My boyfriend stopped and picked us up some dinner tonight and it was awful. He ordered me the double roast beef sandwich combo and he got the Reuben with extra sauerkraut as well as meat. They put the wrong combo number on the receipt. We NEVER order the beef and cheddar sandwich. Neither one of us likes the cheese. Furthermore they dumped the sauerkraut and beef on his Reuben in the center of his sandwich. It was not evenly distributed at all. The cheddar sauce also coated the entire inside of the wrapper and the bottom bun was wet. The first thing I noticed was the bottom of the bag was wet where the sauce was leaking out of the wrappers. The whole thing was just a mess. They also would not give us any type of refund. They also lied/gaslit both of us by saying he did in fact order the cheddar combo when he didn’t. He never orders me that sandwich because he knows I don’t like it. This place needs new staff or teach the current staff how to provide better customer service. This is unacceptable.

Placed order inside. Requested to hold tomatoes on one sandwich. Added extra meat to a few sandwiches. EVERYTHING I requested was as I ordered it! This was refreshing as most places mess up at least one part of my order. All the food was fresh! The service was quick, friendly and the person taking my order actually was smiling! I definitely will be back, highly recommend stopping here! Thanks to all the staff working the evening shift on Monday the 26th!

My mom already posted a review but she's too nice and forgiving we waited before going to the drive thru until after 2pm so we could get happy hour prices we then ordered and after paying realized we were over charged we asked why we didn't get happy hour prices the cashier said it's still five minutes til 2pm we then showed her both our phones said five minutes after 2pm she said that's not what are clock says and that's what we go by, so because the clocks in this Arby's are wrong we were charged far more for our food this is very wrong and should be fixed I'll also be going on they're site and filing a formal complaint, on top of all this we got zero dips for our nuggets and fries were cold terrible food terrible service
