Kennedy was an absolute delight! Super cheerful, very receptive to my gushing about how much I love Bojangles, even explained why some locations don't have the full menu and/or don't have breakfast all day. Our food came out promptly and perfectly! Cannot recommend this location more!

I’ve tried it 2xs now. Once for breakfast. (1st time ever trying a Bo’s). The biscuit breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. 2 bites and threw away.
Figured a would try a chicken sandwich for lunch a few months later (was very hungry). Took 1 bite and threw away. Chicken was not cooked all the way. 🤦♂️.
Most likely will it stop at another Bo’s in my life time.

I pulled up at 9:52pm when the store clearly closes at 10. The store workers just went and hid in the back instead of answering the window. Poor service.

We came in near closing time with a large party and ordered a bunch of food. We interacted with three employees and they were all amazing. Even though we were there late they made us fresh chicken and took care of all of our needs with a smile. Honestly, this is the best service we have had at any restaurant in a long time!

Is it fresh??? I really don’t eat at this franchise, the BoBerry is affordable chicken. The first one I got was cold, and I asked if they could warm it up and they made a new one instead. The second one was Luke warm. Nothing tasted fresh or just cooked. I did enjoy the hash rounds, but nothing was crispy and felt like it all came out of a microwave just to heat it up. These locations are never really busy, usually an indicator of food quality but I could be wrong.
The place was very clean and the service was very good too!
