Was passing through and decided to order online. Pulled up to the box and stated I had an online order then it said please pull forward I was then told by the rude person at the window that online orders have to come inside. So not only did you waste your time but mine. Next time I will just take up more of your time while I sit there and order at the box and wait for you to make it. I had no idea you had to go inside. Maybe this should be stated when online ordering.

The way this place looks would make u think that the food is terrible but I promise u not only is the food excellent the service is as well. I go the double burger plain with cheese and she added cheese sauce it was the best burger I've ate hands down from any where. This is a hole in the wall must try place.

Long story but I went to the checkers in Madison Tennessee on Gallatin pike. Came there after I placed an order at around 11:20 or so my name is roy. You can probably find it internally in the system. The older dude there said it wasn't in the system and then angrily shut the window and then locked it when I tried to show him the receipt. He saw the receipt looked at it and saw that it was legit and then still shut the door and locked it. I saw him walking out of the building with a bag of food right after that. Both employees were not opening the window and acting extremely dodgy and suspicious as well about it. After I drove away because they wouldn't answer the window anymore and I didn't want to get a trespassing charge or something like that of course my order was marked as completed. The guy clearly stole my order and tried to act like it hadn't gone through the system or something probably because it was the end of the night and he's still in orders that he doesn't think people are going to pick up. I'm a military veteran and I also used to work security at Target and caught internal thieves who stole from the store. So I know what one looks like. He ran into the wrong one today because he thought that I would not report this theft. Not only does he need to be fired but I need a refund. I've got proof of the sale both on my email account and on the app itself. There's also video evidence of the entire scenario on that stores cameras outside. be going to the store and contacting whoever I need to. This place needs to clean house. Update: The manager Laura was able to help get the situation fixed. She is awesome. She deserves a raise. The two guys on the night shift need to be fired before it becomes a bigger problem.

This place is amazing. Best burgers in town. Hands down. She makes them perfect. Just unbelievable for the price. $6.50 for 2 fully dressed double cheeseburgers. Are you joking? Absolutely fantastic.
Wished I would took a few pics but the chicken bites were chewing cold fries were cold .. went up to the outdoor window employees were listening to music so loud . I asked the difference in prices in the chicken boxes and she didn't even know . There's no sign at all hell if I didn't go there when I was little would of never known where to go ITS HORRIBLE

Here we were, 11:25pm on a Monday evening, tummies grumbling and hankering for seasoned fries. Timothy and that Other Dude closing today are true heros. They made us our food - and despite being close to closing, you could still taste the care in every bite. Thank you, Timothy and Other Dude - you’re the real MVPs.

Worst drive thru experience of my life. The AI was unable to take order and completely stopped responding. Was stuck in drive thru with no response at the speaker for 20 minutes in the rain. Could not maker order until I got to the window. Burger was cold.
