I always order here . I never had any issues til yesterday . The heavy set bleached blonde hair manager was rude slammed the window in my face after telling me what I need to do . If it wasn’t for the woman with braids to step in and told me to contact their general manager . I would’ve caused a whole scene . He was very out of line , sagging butt crack showing and wiping his nose with his hands
Always bad service , could be no customers in in drive up or line still wont get your order taken

The lady at the window was VERY RUDE. they completely ruined my order. I ordered a cheeseburger plain, they gave me a hamburger and no cheese. I ordered a coke, they gave me a sprite. And when I asked for sauce THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MY MEAL, she tried to charge me for it even tho the sign says I was supposed to get sauce with my meal. The hamburger was so dry and overcooked it was not edible. Do not recommend.

I got Buffalo chicken tenders and they weren't very good plus had to wait almost 15mins for them on my 30min lunch break. Will not return. Plus very expensive

My dude and I were looking at the menu when and employee comes out to tell us we needed to move forward cause there was another car whom had just pulled up. Well that upset me a little. Good was great… service absolutely sucks. Waited literally 30 mins and i was the only car. Told the lady hello she ignored me. Said thanks she ignored me. The food was hot and absolutely fresh they just suck at customer service.
