Ive been coming to Cracker Barrel for as long as I can remember as a kid. Always felt like home. I’ve been working here for 3 months and love the environment all around!! inside the store And outside. Managers are understanding and love you like you there your own.and as well as the guest! Managers help you when they can tell you’re stressed and overwhelmed while also doing there job. I Just wanna say Thank you Cracker Barrel so much!

The food came out room temperature like it had been sitting out for at least an hour. Extremely disappointed, this is unlike any other Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. Great service, absolutely horrendous food. Overall very unhappy.

I’ve been at this location several times this weekend. I had one server twice. She was so sweet and on top of making sure our food and drinks was good. The server name was Debi! I hope to get her again on the next time I’m in the area.

Service was excellent and the food was great but seeing a manager make a waitress cry absolutely ruined our experience. The waitress was in tears at his horrible treatment. He was an older gentleman that I plan on discussing with corporate because this was absolutely disgusting. My grandson was so upset and couldn’t understand why the nice lady was treated so poorly.

Gave it a chance multiple times. Even during non-busy times. Service and food have went downhill over the past few years. 45-60 wait for food, manager watched us walk out one time after 30 minutes at table with no service. Do not recommend.
