This is the the worst Cracker Barrell I have ever been to. They are always understaffed and not run well. I live in Goodlettsville but will be driving to the White House Cracker Barrell because it is 10 times better in every way!

Ordered $18 adult meal that only came with 4 fries Manger said they go by weight ..asked well can you add a couple ounces atleast maybe 6 fries want be going back ....hate to see what kids meal came with a half a frie...get more full at Taco bell for way cheaper...

Tour groups!! Don’t do it! This location is severely understaffed and you will wait easily 30 minutes to get in with another 15 minutes for someone to come get your order, and another 45 minutes minimum to get your food. The bathroom is super small as well so make sure you either stop somewhere else first for that or just know that there’s going to be a long line for a long time. They really need to build a Cracker Barrel location that just has counter service and quick service meal options - somewhere close to here. This location is just not able to handle the amount of people coming through here. ***We originally checked the app to join the waitlist and it stated 5 minutes, so we figured it was fine and we’d just wait. We should have gone ahead and joined the waitlist because when we walked in, they were telling groups of two that it would be 15-20 minutes and we had literally just checked the app that stated 5. Don’t trust it. Just join the waitlist on the app.

Thanksgiving Day 2022 - what a dumpster fire… at one point (around 12:15 for those looking up the cameras), the line to get in and out was such a hot mess that an off duty police officer just started directing traffic. The parking lot for this location is not big enough for even a regular day, much less, a holiday. Next year, they need to make everyone pick up their preordered thanksgiving meals the day before. This location just could not keep up between doordash deliveries, preordered holiday meals, and the amount of people coming in off the highway too (basically three different restaurants if you’re looking at the logistics right). They also need yo do a family style meal that’s automatic- instead of letting people pick and choose from the menu. (Make the majority of it all dip items so it can be made ahead of time and simply dipped and served per person). Breakfast needs to be cut off at a certain time or maybe even keep the restaurant closed until 11 that day so you can handle getting all your online orders out). Something needs to be done about the operations and logistics of this location as a whole - it’s a hot mess on regular days as it is. Throw a holiday in and now you have a complete “sheet” show. 😎

Ordered our food and waited, waited, & waited! Finally, the server brought the wrong order & seemed confused. Unfortunately, we had to leave without getting any food.

My husband put in a online order. And I still had to wait a 1/2 hour after I got there to get my food. I ordered a salad.

Ordered online at 7:30 pm after I had gotten home from major surgery. Didn’t get food until 9. Food was not correct & items left out. Had to come back in twice & still had items left out. Food was cold & hard. We asked for non burnt sourdough, all 7 pieces were really dark & hard. Didn’t receive ranch, jellies, no biscuits or cornbread. French toast was dry, bland, burned, & 5 slices of strawberries only. 3 drinks were not filled up, only halfway. Ordered fries well eggs, they were very runny so had to go back in for those to be fixed. $103 is a lot of money to get such poor quality. We love Cracker Barrel but last night was terribly& disappointed.

Our Church group of 23 came to Cracker Barrel on Long Hollow Rd Goodlettsville, Tn. The food wasn't good and the service was worse! Half of our group was at another table and got their food and finished eating before we even got to order. My catfish was hard at the end and very thin and tough like rubber! I ordered Hash Brown Tater Tots for my side. She said regular hash browns were cheaper, so I said regular hash browns are fine. She brought hash brown tater tots. When I asked her, she said I didn't hear you? The bill came and it was $17! Our friend ordered breakfast with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. He got his eggs and not the biscuits and gravy. We asked about it and the waitress said they were working on it. About 20 min later he got his biscuits and gravy after his eggs were gone. We all were very disappointed!

Dined in on 9/8/22 & within 2 hours started to feel ill & it progressed for the next 2 days, being VERY sick with 101.7 temp. I know it was food poisoning. I have tried to call the cooperate office several times unsuccessfully.

UPDATE: 9/30/22 I emailed the "owner" as requested below, and have yet to hear back from them. NO RESPONSE from cracker barrel.

UPDATE: 10/11/22 still no response from Cracker Barrel!!!

Update 10/16/22 Resolved.

Vegetarian options: Food is NOT as good as it used to be. It's just so-so.

This place is near our home. Been coming here for 30 years. It is in need of repair bad. The store is so dusty and feels nasty. Food is off and on good. So sad,used to be awesome 100% of the time.
