The food is awesome! However, the staff is not very friendly... I said "thank you" probably 10 times and the server never said anything back (not a "you're welcome" "no problem"). Also, they always make it like a huge deal if we don't want dairy, such as eggs in our rice. And when we say that we just want vegetables (because we're vegan) they try to push us to get the chicken since it's only like $1 extra. It's just a bit...
Since switching to a Vegan diet I have found most places are able/ willing to accommodate. Definitely not Fuji. The best thing was the spicy rice but even the middle was very cold and the vegetables were over cooked and tasteless.
The hibachi experience wasn't all that great compared to other hibachi restaurants and the hibachi chef didn't cook my veggies the way I asked them to be cooked but the filet mignon was the most tender piece of beef I've ever had, and the chicken was good too.
