Gloria Jean's Coffees Rivergate Mall

I was wanting to get the best coffee in town. When I got there no one was there. After waiting 20 minutes The two girls who are always there decided to sit down and eat. Which is fine but why are both of the ONLY employees on break at the same time. Not only did they walk pass us and sit at the tables next to the shop. Neither one of them acknowledged us, which I find very distasteful.

I'm not a huge fan of coffee. With that being said, I've been coming here for over 10 years now. The coffee is always great and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I wish there were more locations.

They are almost always closed before 5pm when they are supposed to be open until 6. This is super frustrating because I like to stop and get coffee after work, and when they are open, theirs is always the best. The low stars is for them not being open when they are supposed to be. They close early because they have low business, but they have low business BECAUSE they are always closing early. After a while, you get tired of trying to stop for coffee when they are closed early more than half of the times you stop to check in a week.

Great coffee and hot chocolate. AMAZING baristas with GREAT attitudes toward their customers.

Prices are extremely high compared to a few months ago. 9.00 medium coffee. Insanity

Why Gloria Jean's isn't on every corner like a Starbucks, I don't know, because they are AMAZING. Consistently updated menu with new drinks popping up all the time, and very friendly staff. I can't help but get a coffee any time I visit the area.

They have a nice selection of coffees, and the service is fast and friendly.

I love Gloria Jean’s so much and finally decided to make the 30 minute drive out here only to find the store closed. No sign, no hours posted despite online saying they are open until 6pm today. Update your hours!!! Very disappointed :/

I love Gloria Jean's coffee, I hate that they're so far away from me. I live in Midtown Nashville and will often make a special trip just for the latte.Now that the mall will be closing I hope Gloria Jean's will relocate closer to downtown Nashville.

These people will not serve coffee if you shop across their lane at the Ashcroft Jewelry store. Some kind of rivalry going on in this dangerous mall. Don’t go to Rivergate unless your packing.

On the number of times I have visiting Gloria jeans coffee store, that I have bought a flavored coffee there, I have enjoyed going there to buy food, and drinks the staff there at Gloria jeans coffee store is very nice, and they welcome you with their, as each employee in gauges with their customers the atmosphere is wonderf!!!
