I'm not a huge fan of coffee. With that being said, I've been coming here for over 10 years now. The coffee is always great and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I wish there were more locations.
They are almost always closed before 5pm when they are supposed to be open until 6. This is super frustrating because I like to stop and get coffee after work, and when they are open, theirs is always the best. The low stars is for them not being open when they are supposed to be. They close early because they have low business, but they have low business BECAUSE they are always closing early. After a while, you get tired of trying to stop for coffee when they are closed early...
Why Gloria Jean's isn't on every corner like a Starbucks, I don't know, because they are AMAZING. Consistently updated menu with new drinks popping up all the time, and very friendly staff. I can't help but get a coffee any time I visit the area.
