The lady at the Goodlettsville location, I believe she was a black lady, was very rude and unkind. Her responses was very condensending with an attitude. She needs more training in customer service.

I had an awful, awful experience at this location. It took over an hour to pick up a ham at this location on the day before Thanksgiving.
I arrived with my reservation number to pick up the hand and was told that my ham was not ready that we would have to wait and to step to the side. The staff was very, very unprofessional, and pretty much rude.
Once, I did receive my ham after being told to step to the side and was just left there for about 30 minutes, I paid for it, the ham was not shown to me in the store. I returned home and the ham was completely burned. The glaze was non-existent and the flavor of the taste was horrible. I have responded to 2 surveys on the website and haven't heard anything back. I've asked both times for them to call me back to discuss and no one has contacted me. I call the 800 number and the representative there advised me to call the store. I called the store no one answers. I don't recommend honeybaked ham or this location to anyone! I have purchased a ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year.
I will not be purchasing any more hams. This store is terrible. They need new management for sure. And I still have not been contacted concerning my survey. Not a good experience indeed!

I called to get help to place my online order a lady answered the phone very rudely told me go to the website and I explained to her I was having trouble and she said I can't help you right now I've got a line at my counter and hung up in my face terrible service when I'm spending lots of money for something as expensive as these hams

I reserved a ham online for Thanksgiving after getting a gift certificate from work like I do every year. I normally pay the difference between a small ham that the gift certificate covers (it has a value on it) and a large ham every year. After waiting in line for over a hour, they told me that I couldn’t have the small ham or the large ham. The manager wouldn’t come out to talk to me and the employee was very rude. Worst of all, we are without a ham for Thanksgiving this year as corporate said they couldn’t resolve this issue before thanksgiving.

I always like the sandwiches here, but today, I wasn't able to get one. When I walked in, there was one employee out front and she was on the phone. She did not greet me when I came in, but acknowledged me after a couple of minutes and told me that she'd be with me in a minute. She then called another employee from the back who obviously did not know how to work the cash register. Even though he asked for help several times, she was too engrossed with what was going on on the phone to answer him. By the time she hung up, the cash register had apparently become locked, and they told me it would be 10 minutes before they could process my order.
I go out of my way to drive up to this location, because I really like the sandwiches, but I don't think I'll be doing that again. This isn't the first time that I've had issues with the actual service, even though they are always friendly.

This place is expensive but good if you are close enough to go a location and pick it up. I absolutely**DO NOT** recommend trying to use the website or phone in an order. They delivered an order to us by mistake, after contacting the person to come get thier order, ( it was delivered to the previous owner of our place and we happened to have to thier current phone #) I decided to make an order for myself. Thier website would not work on my phone, after wasting over an hour trying to place an order on the website or through customer service unsuccessfully I gave up in frustration. I'm done with this company. If they bring one back to the town I moved to I would consider going but trying to order over the phone or online is absolutely ridiculous.
