This place is a joke. I have ordered from this location and every time it’s a mess. First time ordered delivery and the food nearly took 2 hours after time estimated for 1 hour. Second time ordered delivery and found out they out source their drivers and on the website I tipped driver only to find out when driver got to my house I had to pay him cash because the restaurant doesn’t pay them their tips!!! This made me remember the first time how I told the driver I tipped online and she looked defeated too. The workers are pocketing the door dash or Uber eat drivers tips on online orders and that’s not right!! The third time we actually didn’t even order because after several attempts to place order over the phone (to avoid tip scam) they didn’t even answer the phone! Taking our business elsewhere that’s more trustworthy.

At first I thought it was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!!! Pizza was Detroit deep dish 8 corners and it did not disappoint! Best pie I’ve had in a very long while. Wings, we got sweet chili and they were delicious! Literally melt in your mouth food! We will definitely order again! Treat yourself to this one of a kind experience!

I had a great experience with this Jets in particular they are always very busy and I can see why I had an issue one time with the delivery driver because they were shorthanded and the manager Rob compensated me for my time and hours lost without food with the amazing pizza And even more I got great customer service in return. I definitely Refer this place As a go to place for pizza and quality service and also great Salad wings and desserts Report

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options like a cauliflower pizza that’s pretty remarkable their veggies look very green and fresh. I’ve noticed in their salads.

The most disappointing, ridiculous experience. If it wasn't for the Springfield Jets being gone still, I'd have never bothered coming to the Goodlettsville one. Made the order in the store at 12:52. Waited in the car with family for 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Only thing I wanted for Moms day, pizza and movie time with my family. From 12:52 to 2:09!!! Several and I mean SEVERAL customers in and out with their food. Walked in more than once to check on order. The last time. She admitted to completely forgetting our order. The worker also didn't even bother to make sure the order was correct after all the unnecessary waiting. I am less than pleased with the entire experience. Very disappointed in this establishment.

The pizza is great. Very flavorful. Service is marginal. There is no atmosphere. It's just a pickup counter. As an added bonus you might get a chance to encounter local "Utes".
