Each Krystal restaurant is different regarding quality & service BUT the Goodlettsville store is my go to when I get the craving. Fries and Burgers were hot and although there was a minor glitch with my order, Arthur flagged me down and made it right. Above and beyond service was greatly appreciated. Outstanding.

I come here before work sometimes because it's next to the highway. It's got alright Krystal's feel like this place has just been here too long without a remodel. I think a remodel would work wonders

I know I shouldnāt expect a lot but the man at the drive through window needs to relax. I sat at the order box for five minutes, patiently, never complained about the wait. Placed my simple order, #1 with cheese, large fries and coke to drink pull around and he repeats the order to me and said medium fry, I simply said no Iād like a large fry and he proceeded to snarl at me like Iād changed my whole order or something. Truly bizarre behavior from a grown man. I asked him why he was looking at me like that and he said āthere are only two of us here and Iām not fixing to explain anything to youā. I simply left. I just wanted a dang cheese Krystal but he made me feel like Iād ruined his whole day and I wouldnāt eat a bit of food prepared by him after that death stare, thanks for nothing jerk.

This place gets a 3 star because it is always slow to get food. Definitely no fault of the employees - they are understaffed.
I think fast food chains need to pay people more money vs cheaping out - not only do you cause wait times to be insane for customers you also make the jobs/lives harder of your employees.
Not sure if this is a franchise or an actual corporate store but my sentiments remain the same. Pay appropriately and then you will have adequate staff.
Order 24 Krystalās just to give them a try again a year later to see if they got better and once again they where not cook ice cold like they come out of the refrigerator..so disappointed a waste of time and money..

Absolutely pathetic. Before 9pm, employees on phone in lobby, wave me to the drive thru, attitude when I order and sit at window behind another car that had been there a while. Yeah I ordered a sack and left because your employees are slow and incompetent.

Every time I stop here I think to myself the food can't possible be worse than the last time I stopped here. Every time I am proven wrong. They need to go ahead and just tear this place down. All of the food is old. The chickens on my chics were tough and rubbery and my bacon Krystal's it looked like someone dunked them in water before they put them in the box.

We where at the drive thur in Goodletsville Tn the lady taking orders left the mic on she was using some very profane language I cannot say what she was saying it was that bad we got our food it was cold and though together she didn't even take my money I had to ask if she wanted it. This was the worst experience I have ever had I think I should receive my money back due to we couldn't even eat them or gift cards we can use at another Krystal. Mike
