They got to drive through he got my order right! They only had to drive through going but they got it done quicker than I expected cuz there was quite a few vehicles there. But other than that it was great I will be going back

I was skeptical about ordering at midnight but I was starving. The guys that were in there were extremely professional and made sure the food was hot. They deserve a raise because in most other cities I visit the service is horrible when you order anything at night. Thanks guys. Your work ethic is appreciated.
We have driven through this Krystal's 3-4 times and they are a solid location serving the great stuff for which we all love Krystals. Service can be slightly slow as each customer gets their stuff made to order, but to me that's a small price to pay for getting it fresh and good. Compare that to other fast food joints that sometimes sell stuff that probably should have already gone in the bin. Personally, I think Krystal's put's too much mustard on their burgers so I get mine without the mustard. I just love the oniony taste! Speak of, they have excellent onion rings that I highly recommend.
This location is open 24 hours and let's face it, there are times when we all want something indulgent and satisfying late at night. Love it, and you will too.

I was so excited to eat here and the burgers were not good a box or 12 has went up to 19 dollars. I asked for ketchup on them and they didn't have the ketchup on them. They were luke warm I like my food with a little more warmth than that. The guys working were cool but it was slow. I will definitely not visit this establishment. But will try a different location.

We just moved to Nashville recently and thought we would try this place out since we had never seen it before in the western US and I was unsure at first, but pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the fact that their medium sized drinks are the same size as large at some other fast food places. I got there number four, the five cheese Krystals and chili cheese fries and my wife got the number 1 (4 Krystals) and a small hotdog and it was all very good!
The only small reason I didn’t give five stars was because I think we may have just come at a awkward time when the drive through was crazy busy (we went inside) and service was slightly slow, the guy was super nice!
