I told the manager how nobody answers their phones at any of the Little Caesars he said I'll give you $100 if my phone don't ring call the number right to voicemail

Limited time or online only promotion don’t available their store! Or cheating!

Cashier coughed on her hands and did not wash them upon handling my order. When the situation was addressed, she became defensive and dismissive. Not the first run in with said employee.

People managing are too clueless to stock bags for 2 Liters, as a delivery driver, go suck an egg with that idea.

I picked up a hot and ready thin crust pizza, was very dried out, asked for garlic parmesan wings, and she dumped parmesan cheese all over barbecue wings unfortunately didn't notice till I got home Definitely check your food before you leave

WORST LITTLE CAESARS EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!! I called to address my order and the employee was very rude and disrespectful. It was a gentleman with a Foreign accent. I Will NEVER order from here again. He hung up on me and then when I tried to call back (off of multiple phones) the number was turned off. Literally like they unplugged the phone. Worst Little Caesars experience I’ve EVER had!!!

Horrible. If you want to wait 45 min for your order, this is your place!!

they do not deserve half a star i went in with an online order and had the receipt from my email and they said it was not in their system so they would not make it or refund me then threatened to call the police on me after asking if they’d make it. the lady was so rude and then the guy cutting the pizza acted like he was going to try to fight us. terrible service and the old lady put her hands on the teenage girl who was trying to help. absolutely astonished.

Do not waste your money at this place. Placed an order online and go to pick it up and the lady up front says they dont have it and refused to make it or give a refund even with a receipt. She was yelling at the employees not to even speak to me because they were trying to see what I ordered. The worst customer service ever!!!!!!

After trying several other locations over the past month I felt the need to leave a review. This store has the best food out of the surrounding towns. Pizza is extra cheesy and fresh, cheese bread is perfectly buttery yet crispy… you may wait a little longer for a special order but it is worth it. We choose this over the other fast food pizza chains purely because we feel the food is better and this store deserves the kudos.

I'm a regular at this place. The other day they were sort handed and Kevin made pizzas and treated us with amazing customer service. Yesterday was the first time I saw GG and she was a super woman ? plus great customer service. Haven't seen Dustin in a couple weeks but he multitask like never before. Kudos to the owner for maintaining it even though the Hendersonville location is closed. Great place
