Stopped for breakfast on our way home to Louisville from a three day trip to Gaylord in Nashville. I can honestly say this was the best meal we had on our entire trip. Will make this a stop whenever we travel on I65.

Busy place! It’s always a good sign to see a restaurant busy and today was no exception. We just moved to the area from Colorado and stopped here on a whim to enjoy a nice lunch and go antiquing for the day. The food is traditional southern. I’m beginning to understand that a meat dish and three sides are a way of life around here. Today’s offering was chicken and dressing, fried fish, fried chicken, chicken, lovers, roast beef. The serving was plentiful. Food was delicious the and some of the best southern food I’ve had. I would not be surprised if my husband goes back this week for breakfast. Well done.
