My mother cannot read google well and chose this place since it had great reviews. Uh...it doesn't and she is no longer allowed to choose ANYWHERE we eat. While our service was really quite lovely, it was obvious the server was pretty new because she didn't know a lot about the menu. She did her best, though! The food was decent, but the fried chicken had zero crunch, and that's what they boasted about was their chicken! Meh. My veggies were quite tasty, but that's what salt does. Nothing special. I think we were one of two tables in the place for the entire hour we were there and it's a pretty good sized place! Would not return.

I would like to take this time to say thank you to our server CORY he was beyond the best . His energy was definitely one I haven’t came across in a long time. He was on point from the time we ordered until the time we left. He was very attentive and very sweet. I love that he has great customer service and damn good server (excuse my language I’m just happy) . Anytime he is there best believe I’m sitting in his section. So thank you for the great service you did .

Keith is the best server on the planet. If you are privileged to have him serve you, please tip him very, very generously. The other staff are just as accommodating. The food ? is always perfect, and hospitality (host) is always welcoming. What brought me in is their $9.99 lunch special. I did it twice now and have not been disappointed, more than I need to enjoy. It's very tasty and has good portions.

I haven’t dined in at an O’Charleys yet but I have done a couple to-go orders online. The burgers, tenders, and fries are excelent. I also really enjoy blackberry cobbler here as well, just wish it was a little more warm! Not complaining tough. Excited to hopefully dine-in one day!

Good food, good lighting and atmosphere, and excellent service by the servers ? I had to send my steak back for being too red in the middle ... if you know what I mean.... but that was super easy to overlook after the kind and speedy service I received, and when it did come back, it came out perfect, there wasn't any wait on the day I attended and if I had only one complaint it would be that for some reason when I went it was like every other customer wanted to talk as loud as possible one could easily hear the conversation tables away reminded me of a high school cafeteria in that respect although I have been on other occasions and not had that problem.

went to this place last night and saw a huge roach the size of a full size lighter. It was crazy, I do not recommend eating here , when approached by the manager about the issue it seemed they already knew but still continued to let guest dine in. The excuse was “the building was built in the 70s and we do all we can “ that’s a health violation and I hope this message doesn’t get ignored because it was so disgusting. Will not be back again.

I cannot believe I use to love this place. Placed a curbside order and the food was awful. Tasted it and trashed it. The fish in both orders were slimy and really soft, baked potato was hard, the fries, rice, fried cheese and salad was all trash. Not even sure how you could mess up a baked potato. Definitely a waste.

Placed a curbside order at 8:50, was supposed to be ready at 9:13, I waited in the curbside spot until 9:38. I only ordered tenders, fries, and spinach dip. Food wasn’t warm when I got it, and the dip is literally like slime it’s so bizarre. Chips taste like bad oil? Idk this was BAD even for an O’Charleys

We had choose this location for my brothers birthday dinner arrived at 7 didn't get food till around 845 9 and when all of our food got there party of 17 it was all cold. The server barley came to the table I spoke with management and she was kind and knocked sum off the bill which they should have taken care of the entire table if u short staff find a way to make it happen and please do something about the bugs
