Penne
Penne is a cylinder-shaped pasta, their ends cut at a bias.
Mezze Penne
Mezze penne have the same shape and cut as Penne, but are 1/2 the size.
Garganelli
Garganelli is a small, flat sheet of pasta that is rolled into a cylinder-shape.
Gigli
Gigli are shaped like a cone, with a ruffled edge.
Fusilli
Fusilli are formed in a cork screw shape.
Cavatelli
Cavatelli are small pasta shells. 2 sizes available, thin or wide cut.

Upon my first visit, the gentleman manning the counter (whom I later learned was Andrea) welcomed me with a smile. Telling him this was my first visit, he shared I could never go wrong with the lasagna.

Boy was he right. The portion size was just right, the meat and vegetables were soft and flavorful, and the pasta was firm enough to hold but not hard.

I ordered a cannoli which they put together from scratch, then he offered to split his espresso...

The pasta is delicious. It looked good, it tastes good. I would definitely recommend coming here. I will definitely be back to try something else. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and it is amazing.

I tried Pasta Galifi while at a wildflower picking party at Long Hollow Gardens and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of this food truck! I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken on top that was very good. The chicken was shredded, which was great, but there was too much of it! I wish there had been a little bit more pasta and a little less chicken. My friends tried their blackened shrimp dish - which they liked - and the mushroom pasta - which also received...
